Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

A modern guest suite set in tranquil and spectacular surroundings. Lots of facilities including spa, swim spa, charcoal bbq, garden furniture all set on a large deck. A well equipped suite with everything you need. A comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. All cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc. Tea and coffee also provided. Modern bathroom with shower. Towels, toilet roll, shower gel provided.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.
