Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale, accesso alle darsene, kayak e SUP a vostra disposizione. Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa
