Monthly Rentals in Puerto Varas

The accommodation is definitely a 10 out of 10! From the host to the environment and its amenities! Unbeatable value! I went with a temporary contract and even so, there are always a thousand things to do, either because it is very well located or because there is something to do in the building. Nothing to say, I'd come back whenever I could! A luxury that pays for itself in no time!

The place is close to the center of Puerto Varas and transportation to get to the different places to visit in the area of Lake Llanquihue. The apartment has everything described. I arrived on a somewhat complex day that was beyond everyone's control, but Jeannette was always attentive and willing to help at all times, which is greatly appreciated.

Very good location, close to shops, restaurants and on the coast, with parking inside the house and a perfect garden for my puppy. There were no surprises, what we saw in the photos and in the description was what we found, it had everything just and necessary. Thank you for everything!

it was a beautiful stay, Nicole responded immediately (12 hrs), to a suggestion to place a standing perchero in the apartment, which allows to leave the camperas or coats at the entrance, allowing one more space in the placares. an apartment to recommend for its easy access, security, and own covered parking. shops, restaurants, supermarkets very close, which can be reached perfectly on foot, the vehicle is not needed.
