Modern and bright. 10 minutes from Frutillar and Llanquihue, 5 minutes from the beach, 23 minutes from Puerto Varas. Safe condo. Enabled for 2 people with excellent insulation. Heating with Air Conditioning. 2-seater bed with bed warmer. Kitchen with electric countertop, refrigerator and electric oven. Dishes for 2 people. Gas grill. Public transportation 10km away.

A one-room cabin with capacity for a couple or 1 married couple with 2 small children. For this we have a sofa bed. Located in a private plot minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. Excellent access to Route 5 and only minutes from Lake Llanquihue and on the way to the Volcano. Ideal place for rest and relaxation, where if you also need to work, we have everything you need. The kitchen has a countertop (4p), minibar, electric oven and dishes.
