Monthly Rentals in Puerto Nuevo, Gobernador Piñero

Central location to Old San Juan as well as the surrounding areas. Had no trouble getting picked up/dropped off by uber drivers. Although we did not have a car at the moment, having a parking spot available put us at ease in the event that we chose to rent one during our stay there. Felt safe the entire length of our stay.

This place looks better in person than in pics. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Lana’s healthy juice bar is close and a wonderful place to eat! We were cool and slept well. It was quiet and private. It’s small but that’s all we needed. If someone where to need to sleep on the couch they’d need to be little and I would wonder how cool it gets in that room as it is seperate from the bedroom with the AC. We were thankful for the beach towels! We didn’t use the kitchen except for the fridge for leftovers. Great stay!

Excellent place to stay. Maribel is kind and proactive. Apartment is very comfortable, bed is great and space is perfect for my needs. Location is excellent, nice places all around. Very recommended!!! I will definetely book again!!
