The house is located near "La Punta", the famous wave of Santa Catalina, just a 3-minute walk away. Very close to the house there is the possibility of eating in several restaurants and enjoying a delicious ice cream in the ice cream parlor "La Moncheria". The house has its own bathroom with a hot water shower, a large and equipped kitchen and a very special balcony.
