The apartment is located along the sea, between the Paseo Marítimo promenade and the Paseo de Neptuno gardens and is very well communicated with the center of the city whether by bus, metro, or taxi, available within just a few meters. The apartment is modern, has plenty of natural light, spacious, fully-equipped, and is located in the middle of the wide variety of food options and recreation areas, near outstanding restaurants where you can savor the Valencian paella, seafood paella, and tapas. The beach has an EU awarded Blue Flag and the Yacht Club is 100 meters away.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Hemos tratado de cuidar varias pequeñas cosas agradables y útiles que nuestros huéspedes pueden necesitar durante su estancia en nuestro apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, desde donde se puede llegar al aeropuerto de Valencia y al centro de la ciudad mediante línea directa. Apartamento muy bien ubicado y luminoso, totalmente equipado, baño completo, con dos duchas, superficie 40 metros ,7 de altillo y un pequeño balcón. Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad con servicios públicos ,Autobus, tren, metro,tranvia Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona . Parking cercano en plaza Mercado Cabañal.

El lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Sol, brisa marina, amaneceres, anocheceres... Como cortesía tendrás té, café, leche, pan para tostar, mantequilla y agua mineral embotellada. Mini Nevera, calentador de agua, máquina de café nespresso, tostadora y fogón. Tiene terraza, mesa para exterior, cojines para tumbarte y en verano te puedes dar un baño ahí mismo Los baños privados de la Marina disponen de duchas y wc. Además dispondrás de 2 bicicletas de cortesía...

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Nuestro cómodo, amplio y bonito Loft esta recién reformado en 2023, esta situado en la planta baja o planta calle y permite alojar a 4 personas. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
