Die Ferienwohnung hat 60 m2 und befindet sich in der wunderschönen Bucht von San Marcos in Icod de los Vinos und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Bad mit Dusche und Balkon. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben Bettdecken und Handtücher von sehr guter Qualität. Der Strand ist direkt nebenan und es gibt mehrere Restaurants, eine Apotheke, eine Bushaltestelle und einen Supermarkt. Internet mit Glasfaser.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
