Holiday rentals with a pool in Puerto de la Cruz

Bellissima casa in una zona residenziale tranquilla con vista sul mare, fornita di tutto il necessario. Perfetta per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici che vogliono uno spazio che offra comodità e privacy. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi e guardato tramonti splendidi a bordo piscina! Grazie!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa ha sido muy buena. La casa es muy grande y bonita, una especie de pequeña mansión con mucho encanto. Aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó y estuvo mayormente nublado, pudimos disfrutar igualmente gracias a la piscina climatizada, que resulta muy cómoda si viajas con niños. Las vistas al mar son espectaculares y la casa, aunque un poco antigua, está en muy buen estado. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la cisterna del váter, pero la anfitriona lo solucionó en cuestión de horas. Además, estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros; incluso cuando nuestra hija se puso enferma, nos recomendó un pediatra de confianza. Nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos, como en casa. Sin duda, recomendamos esta casa y a su excelente anfitriona.

Séjour en famille très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée pour sept personnes. La piscine et le roof-top sont un vrai plus, même au mois de février. La localisation permet d'accéder rapidement aux sites les plus touristiques sans en subir les désagréments (embouteillage, bruit, foule...) Juana Maria est très disponible et réactive. Nous sommes prêts à revenir chez Juana Maria lors d'un futur séjour à Ténérife et recommandons vivement ce logement.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier. Wir haben uns gleich wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab dieses Jahr Avocados im Überfluss und wir konnten sogar den Pool nutzen (kühl aber angenehm). Es kam nachts auch eine 2. Katze zu Besuch, diese war etwas störend. Bei Fragen, Problemen haben wir immer super schnell eine Info erhalten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Hele mooie buitenruimte. We zijn van 29 april tot 9 mei geweest. Altijd buiten geweest wegens het weer. ‘‘s avonds was het wat koeler en binnen spelletjes spelen. Oliver hebben we niet gezien. Maar regelmatig plezierig contact gehouden. Vele tips gekregen over winkels en restaurantjes.. Heel plezierig verblijf

We had a fantastic stay at the banana plantation. Our hosts were really helpful in so many respects: flexible check in, providing an extra travel cot, local recommendations and flexible check out. When there was a problem with the dishwasher they replaced it with a new one the next morning! The house was a pleasure for grandparents, parents and baby. The garden and outside sitting area was such a pleasure. The barbecue equipment was excellent and was enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

Overall was a great stay for us. The property is quite spacious with multiple lounges. It was thoughtfully decorated with an artist’s eye. The kitchen was very well equipped. Good outdoor spaces although we didn’t use the pool (more of a paddling pool). Host was very responsive although we didn’t even have any issues! Lovely small town close to a larger town. Would recommend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Außerdem ist sie makellos sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend: in einem typischen kanarischen Fischerdorf mit Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel, sodass man mit dem Auto alles in maximal 30 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben die Ruhe des Ortes sehr genossen, ebenso wie die frische Meeresbrise und die Morgensonne jeden Tag – mit einem wirklich atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Gastgeber war stets aufmerksam, antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten und organisierte alles hervorragend. Darüber hinaus gab er uns viele Empfehlungen, was man unternehmen und wohin man gehen kann. Seine Eltern, die uns die Schlüssel übergaben, waren äußerst freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und gaben uns das Gefühl, zur Familie zu gehören. Kira gesagt: 10 von 10! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder

Alles war super. Einfach zu erreichen. Absolut zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Unbezahlbar: Der morgendliche Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf den Teide.

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci à Dahiana pour ses explications très claires pour trouver l appartement et sa réactivité à nos questions .

Alles bestens und gut beschrieben. Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Gastgeberin gibt hilfreiche Tipps und sorgt sich um das Wohl der Gäste wenn man das möchte.

This is a very clean, comfortable and practical apartment. David met us when we arrived, explained all relevant details and offered useful advice for our trip: we truly appreciated his level of engagement and courtesy, feeling immediately at home with such a kind welcome. The apartment is located in a quiet, yet attractive neighbourhood, with a good supermarket beneath it. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The balcony in the morning sun with lovely views was savoured daily! A great space!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so optimal so dass wir den schönen Pool nur wenig nutzen konnten. Die beiden Terrassen waren prima- wir konnten so je nach sonnenstand uns einrichten. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus und haben sehr viel unternommen. Prima war die Tiefgarage da es in Puerto äußerst schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden in diese Wohnung gerne wieder kommen.

Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et terrasse très agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le lieu est calme. Le logement est également bien équipé. Seul bémol : il faut la voiture pour chaque déplacement.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, close to local towns for restaurants and beaches, close to the airports, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The property is well equipped with all items we required. We could not fault it. Check in/out was simple and the homeowner was very helpful. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you again :)

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, 14 km südlich von Santa Cruz- wo es sehr viel zu sehen gibt.Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto. Wir hatten den wunderschönen Garten mit Liegen usw allein für uns. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Meerblick, auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Küche war komplett, incl. Saftpresse für den Orangensaft! Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine!. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Dach-Bar mit Blick auf den Hafen fußläufig in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar, die Töchter sprechen deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank

Nos encantó esta casa típica y antigua con un jardín maravillosos. un verdadero oasis. es cierto que la ubicación de los baños no es ideal pero el encanto de la casa y del jardín lo compensa.

schönes ruhiges Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern (2xfrz. Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten), sauberer Pool, voll ausgestattetes Haus, Grill, Tischtennisplatte. Kommunikation erstklassig, hilfsbereit, schnell erreichbar. Extrawünsche werden erfüllt. Parkplatz vorhanden. direkte Lage am Meer. Meer ist zwar etwas stürmisch, aber Naturpools (Meerwasser) laden in Bajamar auch im Dezember zum Schwimmen ein. Pools sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Playa las Arenas perfekt für Surfer. Unterkunft erhält von uns eine top Empfehlung (5 Erwachsene, 1 Baby)

Chantal’s place was excellent. Very peaceful & private. Everything we needed was there. Chantal was a very responsive host, especially during the outage in mainland Spain & Portugal which impacted our internet connection. Overall excellent villa with equally excellent host

If you are considering staying here just do it - you will love it. The apartment is gorgeous with an amazingly well stocked kitchen (including air fryer, decent coffee maker / coffee, even water bottles and storage for picnics), everything of high quality. The bed was really comfortable and a lot of effort has given into making the place a real haven. The icing on the cake though is the incredibly warm welcome you will get from all 3 hosts (2 human, 1 canine) - they are just the loveliest and so helpful - they were available with good advice at the drop of a hat (though if you want space they will absolutely respect this) - they really go the extra mile and we couldn’t have wished for better. The location is great too - the chatter of birds and the beautiful garden makes it feel miles from anywhere but it’s actually really close to bars and places to eat and it’s a great middle point for the north west and north east of the island (and a doddle to reach the airport). A total winner.
