The apartment is perfect for couples or families with children, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Despite being an open concept apartment, a large central piece of furniture divides the living and kitchen area from the sleeping and bathroom area, integrating wardrobes and serving as a TV stand. In the living area, you'll find a sofa bed suitable for two people, a dining table with four chairs near the window, and a fantastic open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer. The entire apartment has high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work or enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. On the other side of the central furniture piece, you'll find the bedroom, a haven of tranquility, where you can rest in the comfortable king-size bed. Despite being a very bright apartment, blackout curtains will let you rest. The bathroom, directly connected to the bedroom, offers a spacious rain shower and high-quality finishes that add a touch of elegance to the space.
