It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful apartment located on a property in the heights of Arafo. Wonderful views of the sea and the Canarian pine forests in the foothills of Teide National Park and Pico Cho-Marcial. Located in the east of the island of Tenerife, 20 minutes from the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 15 minutes to Puertito de Güímar where you can enjoy the beach and restaurants. 5 minutes away in the village of Arafo, it has all kinds of amenities. 40 minutes from the South and North airports. Having a car is a must.
