We are 1 km from the village of Saffré and 3 minutes from the 4-lane road that connects Nantes to Rennes. Ideal for relaxation or a quiet stay in the countryside.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

The studio, comprising a bedroom (beds made), bathroom (shower and sink, towels provided), kitchenette (electric stove and microwave oven) and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th and 18th century) in a quiet, floral and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. Close to all amenities (walking distance). 500 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, the port and the Château de la Groulais. 5 km from Gâvre Forest. 30 km from Nantes, St Nazaire and Redon. Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

House rental

Loue maison de 45m2, 2 chambres avec jardin pour 4 personnes. Accès et jardin privatif. Ce gite aménagé dans une longère en pierre est mitoyen et indépendant de notre logement principal. Il y a une chambre avec 1 lit deux places au RDC et l’autre chambre à l’étage à 2 lit d’une place. Le logement a été refait à neuf l’année dernière.
