Small rural mansion from the 17th century completely renovated with pool access (April to the end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, L'Anjou and the Pays de Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes. The Square Tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels a fitted kitchen, living room a suite and a bedroom. Private garden Quiet and relaxing place ideal for discovering the Chateaux de la Loire, the Forêt de Brocéliande and the beaches of L'Atlantique.

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables to eat out in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are in charge of cleaning.. or you have the option to choose the cleaning fee with an additional charge of €20, to be requested upon booking.

Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Lovely loft

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Independent accommodation in the center of town

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Rental house of 45m2, 2 rooms with garden for 4 people. Access and almost private garden. This cottage in a stone farmhouse is adjoining and independent of our main home. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. The space has been refurbished this year.
