Holiday rentals with a patio in Ptuj

I stayed here for 30 days....great value for the price....place was very clean and spotless....hot water was available, private parking was in the yard of the house, fast WiFi, washer and kitchen amenities. The view from the balcony of the nature and greenery was the best part honestly and host was very responsive and proactive.

This place was very beautiful, with a good location, nearby the centre and nature. It was a wonderful time in Zagreb and we really enjoyed it.

Situated in a lovely peaceful residential area, easy access to park and city centre by bus/tram. If using bolt taxis, the goggle map directs them to the wrong street, but no fault of the owner. Tell the driver it’s first left after Hotel Villa Tina !! City centre to location was €6.50 ! Spacious apartment, very responsive owner, with lots of additional little touches supplied. He couldn’t do more for you. Nice steak house restaurant 5 minutes walk. Or bus 203 to the park with cafes, restaurants etc, 6 minutes on the bus. Highly recommend

Smooth check-in. Accommodation as described. Lovely roof terrace. Friendly and helpful host. Good location in a beautiful city. I would happily recommend this accommodation to other guests. However if you’re not very mobile you should avoid booking as there is no life to reach the top floor. We were fully aware of this and it was not a problem for us, the additional exercise did us good! Thank you Filip & Marko

Passing through for 2 nights. You have to want the peace and quiet. We found it wonderful but 2 days is enough. Adventurous approach. Uphill with very narrow tar road. House is simple but very comfortable. Wins with the hot tub. Nice neighbor where you can eat very well with a reservation of approx. 24 hours. Surprise menu😊. The landlady was also easily accessible by text message. All in all, recommended.

We really enjoyed the time in the place. It's a wonderful place to get down and relax. I definitely recommend the place. A note: a tourist tax is still collected (€2 per person per night).

Beautiful accommodation, modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need for complete comfort. Perfect for escaping and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and noise. Peace, quiet and privacy - a small paradise just for you. The hosts were kind and communicative, everything was excellently organized.

Jožefs place was so peaceful and quiet! Beautiful area. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in town. Well stocked kitchen and super clean. They even left a bottle of wine, and some homemade honey and honey liqueur for us to try!

A dream stay! Everything was great! The owner Anja is incredibly warm and nice, the communication worked smoothly. The accommodation is cozy and compact, offering an exceptionally high level of relaxation with a sauna and jacuzzi. The location is a real highlight: at the top of the mountain, almost in the middle of the forest – absolute peace and pure relaxation. However, it should be noted that the way there leads over many serpentines, which makes the journey a bit more demanding. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We made a stopover in Darren's beautiful house on the way back from Croatia. Communication with Darren was great from the start, he always responded quickly and was super friendly. The house was exactly as described and immaculately clean, it smelled wonderfully fresh as soon as you entered. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the beds a dream! The location is simply beautiful and my friend who likes to fish was thrilled with the lake. Unfortunately, we had to leave a little earlier than planned for personal reasons, but we would come back at any time and can only recommend the house and especially the host to everyone!! A big thank you again for the fresh bread, wine and juice, we enjoyed it very much:)

Repeated arrival at the house, which we are bound to by touching memories, again proved to be a wonderful experience. Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

We had an amazing month-long stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the best parts was the location. It was in a quiet area but had easy access to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring, dining out, and running errands. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Overall, we highly recommend this place for both short- and long-term stays and would definitely stay here again!

The instructions were super correct and the apartment was super clean and organized. All according to the photos. It was very worth it, the apartment is beautiful and super well assembled. Very well located, close to public transport and very safe. It's all very technological. I indicate a lot.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Mirta’s place while we were in Zagreb. It’s a great location and the space in the apartment is very well utilized! If you are traveling with more than one person, be aware that the hot water heater isn’t very big, so if two people are showering back to back you might run out of hot water.

I had a great stay at this place! The apartment was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything within walking distance. The host was wonderful—very kind and attentive. She brought all the essentials, even things that are not usually provided, which was a lovely surprise. There was plenty of coffee, jam in the fridge, and other food items available. I really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

Excellent value and a perfect base for what we needed for our quick work trip to Zagreb. Walking distance to the centre with parking and a park directly across the street. Really good communication from the host and flexibility on my check-in time due to a late flight. Thank you so much!
