Holiday rentals with a patio in Ptuj

I stayed here for 30 days....great value for the price....place was very clean and spotless....hot water was available, private parking was in the yard of the house, fast WiFi, washer and kitchen amenities. The view from the balcony of the nature and greenery was the best part honestly and host was very responsive and proactive.

This place was very beautiful, with a good location, nearby the centre and nature. It was a wonderful time in Zagreb and we really enjoyed it.

Situated in a lovely peaceful residential area, easy access to park and city centre by bus/tram. If using bolt taxis, the goggle map directs them to the wrong street, but no fault of the owner. Tell the driver it’s first left after Hotel Villa Tina !! City centre to location was €6.50 ! Spacious apartment, very responsive owner, with lots of additional little touches supplied. He couldn’t do more for you. Nice steak house restaurant 5 minutes walk. Or bus 203 to the park with cafes, restaurants etc, 6 minutes on the bus. Highly recommend

Smooth check-in. Accommodation as described. Lovely roof terrace. Friendly and helpful host. Good location in a beautiful city. I would happily recommend this accommodation to other guests. However if you’re not very mobile you should avoid booking as there is no life to reach the top floor. We were fully aware of this and it was not a problem for us, the additional exercise did us good! Thank you Filip & Marko

Alles war super - sauber, gemütlich und praktisch, Gastgeber sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auf der durchreise für 2 Nächte. Mann muss die Ruhe wollen. Wir fanden es herrlich aber 2 Tage reicht. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Bergauf mit sehr schmaler Teerstraße. Haus ist einfach aber sehr gemütlich. Gewinnt durch den Whirlpool. Nette Nachbarin bei der man auf Vorbestellung von ca. 24 Stunden sehr gut essen kann. Überraschungsmenü😊. Die Vermieterin war auch per sms gut erreichbar. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um runterzukommen und zu entspannen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Ein Hinweis: Es wird noch eine Kurtaxe kassiert (2€ pro Person und Nacht).

Magnifique logement, très bien entretenu. Un micro-ondes serait un plus pour pouvoir faire réchauffer des choses. Jardin très en pente, peu praticable. Très bel aménagement de la terrasse. Katarina l dominik est disponible, joignable facilement et réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour calme et reposant

Jožefs place was so peaceful and quiet! Beautiful area. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in town. Well stocked kitchen and super clean. They even left a bottle of wine, and some homemade honey and honey liqueur for us to try!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Alles war super! Die Inhaberin Anja ist unglaublich herzlich und nett, die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und kompakt, bietet mit Sauna und Jacuzzi ein außergewöhnlich hohes Maß an Erholung. Die Lage ist ein echtes Highlight: ganz oben auf dem Berg, fast mitten im Wald – absolute Ruhe und pure Entspannung. Man sollte aber beachten, dass der Weg dorthin über viele Serpentinen führt, was die Anreise etwas anspruchsvoller macht. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die 4 Tage im Chalet waren sehr entspannend und durchwegs positiv. Martin und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ein Traum und der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und einfach zu genießen. Können meine Freunde und ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Kann nichts Negatives sagen. Es war von Beginn bis zum Ende perfekt😊 Danke!

Wir haben auf dem Rückweg von Kroatien einen Zwischenstopp in Darrens schönem Haus gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Darren war von Anfang an super, er hat immer schnell geantwortet und war super freundlich. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und makellos sauber, schon beim Betreten hat es herrlich frisch geduftet. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und die Betten ein Traum! Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön und mein Freund der gerne angelt war begeistert von dem See. Leider mussten wir aus persönlichen Gründen etwas früher abreisen als geplant, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Haus und vor allem den Gastgeber nur jedem weiterempfehlen!! Ein großes Dankeschön auch nochmal für das frische Brot, den Wein und den Saft, wir haben es sehr genossen:)

Ponovljeni dolazak u kuću uz koju nas vežu dirljiva sjećanja, opet se pokazao kao prekrasno iskustvo. Kuća pruža osjećaj doma, sve je iznimno uredno, udobno i odlično opremljeno. Komunikacija s Jasnom je također uvijek prekrasno iskustvo. Veselimo se ponovnom dolasku 🩷

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

We had an amazing month-long stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the best parts was the location. It was in a quiet area but had easy access to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring, dining out, and running errands. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Overall, we highly recommend this place for both short- and long-term stays and would definitely stay here again!

As instruções foram super corretas e o apartamento estava super limpo e organizado. Tudo de acordo com as fotos. Valeu muito a pena, o apartamento é lindo e super bem montado. Muito bem localizado, perto de transporte público e bem seguro. Tudo muito tecnologico. Indico bastante.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Mirta’s place while we were in Zagreb. It’s a great location and the space in the apartment is very well utilized! If you are traveling with more than one person, be aware that the hot water heater isn’t very big, so if two people are showering back to back you might run out of hot water.

I had a great stay at this place! The apartment was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything within walking distance. The host was wonderful—very kind and attentive. She brought all the essentials, even things that are not usually provided, which was a lovely surprise. There was plenty of coffee, jam in the fridge, and other food items available. I really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

Excellent value and a perfect base for what we needed for our quick work trip to Zagreb. Walking distance to the centre with parking and a park directly across the street. Really good communication from the host and flexibility on my check-in time due to a late flight. Thank you so much!

Huge recommendation - beautiful apartment with two terraces, very close to city centre yet in the middle of a little forest. Definitely also try Bistro Vrhovec for lunch - big thanks to Phillip for the shout!
