The immediate neighbor of the garden is a pine forest with its unique climatic charm. Nearby there is also the Kwisa mountain river, which in the season is organized by kayaking.

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Einsiedel Cultural Island and the Neisse, we are the ideal place to stay for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the property is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. In addition, from January 1, there will be a fee of €2 per person aged 18 and over, provided it is a private trip.

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.

Welcome to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.
