It couldn't be better! The very modern apartment is stylish and comfortably equipped. We lacked nothing! Everything was impeccably clean. The location is rural and very quiet and green, to the sea it is about 20 min by foot or 3 min by car. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A private vehicle is highly recommended, there is a parking space. Communication with the hosts was great. We got lots of useful tips. We can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy and discover Kos beyond the tourist strongholds.

The design of the house and the attention to every detail was really impressive. Paintings, decoration and a fully equipped kitchen, everything was thought of for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The garden offered a separate pleasure; there was an ideal environment to have breakfast in the morning accompanied by the sounds of birds, and to eat your dinner in the same peace in the evening. It is very suitable for those who want to relax with its quiet, calm and peaceful structure. In addition, Mr. Ali's warm welcome, sincere and caring approach made the stay much more special. He answered all our questions sincerely and took care of our needs. We felt like we were at home. Its location is also very advantageous. It is located in a central point in Ortakent, one of the most beautiful regions of Bodrum. You can easily reach Ortakent beach with a short drive through the tangerine gardens. Ortakent's sea is one of the most enjoyable, cleanest and beautiful seas to swim in Bodrum. Would definitely recommend.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

This place was so homey and inviting. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Eva took care of us so well. I even lost my phone in a taxi and Eva was able to get it back to me that evening. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her Also, her restaurant makes the most delicious food. Better than some of the other restaurants in the area. So thankful my family was able to have a fantastic summer vacation here. Can’t wait to return I still need to get my frozen margarita❤️

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

Jiannis is a very friendly host. He takes care of everything if you need something. Fresh towels and bed linen, airport transfer and much more. Communication with him was very good. The apartment was clean and bright. On the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the salt lake and the sunset. Nearby there is everything you need (restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, car rental) and is not far away on foot or by bike. In the apartment, there is a flat-screen TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and air conditioning. I can only highly recommend Jiannis. Thank you and maybe see you soon for another Ouzo 👋

Every corner of the house was designed with pleasure and most importantly, it was clean. It provided a flawless accommodation without exaggeration. All the facilities in the most popular part of the region were only a few minutes' walk away. The garden of the house was so pleasant that we did not want to leave the house. The host was open to communication and was very helpful about the check-in and check-out time. I hope I will find availability on my next Bodrum trip.
