Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

In the same area there are an equipped kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils, a fridge, electric hot-plates for cooking, a 22″ LCD TV set, air-conditioning(A/C), free wifi, a safe box, a modern bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea view.We provide sheets and towels.

”VACATION HOUSE” has three self-contained fully equipped apartments. All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A comfortable, family apartment located near a beach in Halkidiki and has all the necessary amenities that can make your stay a real pleasure. The place has a single loft with a double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hot tub, as well as a spacious kitchen.

A clean, sunny and close to the sea apartment is all that you need for your vacation.There are two bedrooms. The first one with a queen size bed and the second with two single beds. There is a kitchen that you can cook, a WC with shower and two huge balcony, each one connected to the other. The appartment has just been renovated with love and a feel like living on our own apartment.
