Τhe accomodation is an 58 sq.m. apartment located in a settlement, 300m from the sea. Around there, you can find a super market and a bakery. It is on the ground floor of a two-floors building and has two bedrooms, one full-equipped kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a small garden with a BBQ. The beach is sandy and the sea is shallow, suitable for children. There, you can find a canteen offering coffee, beers and snacks and sunbeds as well to enjoy your staying there.

Halkidium

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.

”VACATION HOUSE” has three self-contained fully equipped apartments. All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.
