Holiday rentals with a patio in Prvić Šepurine

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Clean, cozy, and ideal in terms of amenities and location (walkable to the beach and to the old town). Worth mentioning that there is a parking place provided. Overall, we enjoyed the place very much 🙂

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. Everything was fine. We were happy with the cleanliness and disappearance of the apartment. There was probably nothing missing in the kitchen that you would expect. It's possible to see that the host thought about the kitchen and other spaces as if she were a guest. Great praise for this as we have the opposite experience in other places. We communicated with the host's father, Mr. Zoran, who was very helpful. Thank you so much for that. We were completely able to plug into the network and charge our electric car, I offered money for this service, but the host declined. So I am grateful for your willingness and access. The place is very close to the center, where we went to dinner and yet not disturbed by noise. I recommend using this place for your stay. George

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

The place is great. Sheltered but close to everything, very easy to get around on foot. Intimate enough but within walking distance of the sea. Kristijan is also number one, always ready to respond and help. I hope to be back soon!!

We stayed for a week in early June due to family reasons and found the apartment clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning, which was especially pleasant since it’s shaded at that time of day – perfect in the summer. The terrace is also great for quick breaks. It feels fairly private and can be set up to suit your needs, while still offering the option to connect with others. The location is quiet and it’s easy to get to Šibenik. Communication with Anica was friendly, quick, and helpful. Would recommend for those looking for a peaceful stay.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, despite several parties you always had your peace by the pool. The hostess was very helpful and always available. The value for money was therefore very good. I would come back any time!

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool is a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Although we only stayed one night, the apartment is fully equipped so you can spend as many days as you like. In addition to highlighting Kornelija's patience and kindness.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, with a supermarket just opposite and a great view. We had a wonderful time and would come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

We stayed for a week at this place and Had a great time. Ante and His mother gave us a warm Welcome. Thank you and your mother Ante.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.
