Holiday rentals with a patio in Prvić

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

An apartment with everything you need, a little far from downtown but recommended.

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Just what I was looking for, thank you

The apartment is large, disheartened, clean. The kitchen was well-groomed, but sometimes the little things were missing (e.g., a corkscrew, a kettle). A large balcony, across from the church, which was a bit of a problem in the morning when the bell started. I didn't mind personally, but my wife woke up. A big plus, I think the pizzeria is located on the ground floor (I highly recommend it), a grocery store and a pub. I warn the owners of large cars - the entrance and exit to the underground parking lot is very narrow, which can be a problem, especially the departure. It was about 15-20 minutes by car to the better beach of Split and the Diocletian Palace. The owners are very helpful. Overall, I rate the stay how successful.

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

This is the perfect place to stay if going to The Garden, a well equipped apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

First of all: amazing host and hostess. Extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the whole island (and what there is to do/where to go). Diana and Dragan provided excellent service throughout our stay, making you feel like nothing is too much to ask for. The apartment is small but very conveniently decorated. Everything you need is present, and even some extra complementary beverages. As is evident from the pictures: the balcony few is gorgeous. The town is within walking distance, and so are several nice bars/restaurants. Personal favorite was the fish restaurant Bago. There are a lot of mosquitos late at night, make sure to bring appropriate clothing/spray (they also have some at the apartment). There is also an AC in the room for warm evenings. Last thing to keep in mind is that the church bells ring early in the morning (06:00), but it wasn’t too bad. Thank you for your amazing service and letting us stay at your lovely apartment. A really cute Apartment in a nice area with view to the sea from terrace. All what we need was there also charging place for elektrocar. Perfect to stay !

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

The host was great. Every day, she prepared a hospitality for us to make the weather pleasant. There was food in the fridge when we arrived. The apartment was clean and cozy in a quiet place really close to the beach. Thank you so much for everything Helena
