The house fully reflects the photos on the internet. The owner is very helpful and reliable. Excellent value for money. If I were to decide to return to Bologna tomorrow, I would definitely return to Giovanni's holiday home.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely studio in Budio and I can only highly recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, with attention to the smallest details and tastefully furnished. You can immediately breathe in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those seeking tranquility and comfort.
