Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Newly renovated and sparkling clean 2BR/1BA! Can't be beat location with Commercial Street out front and beach access out back. Easy 5 minute walk from the ferry and top restaurants. Beautiful backyard private access to the beach for a quick dip or some kayaking! Both bedrooms have excellent views of Commercial Street for parade and people watching, and super comfortable Casper mattresses for a great night’s rest. This location can't be beat, welcome to the heart of PTown!

Waterfront! Fully renovated condominium in Historic Provincetown, near trails, shopping, restaurants and nightlife ,but in the quiet east end. of town. This second level one bedroom opens onto a large deck with expansive views of Cape Cod Bay. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am.
