Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Provincetown

My partner and I had a great experience at Greg and Yi's place! They were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the continental breakfasts. The location is excellent- one block away from all of the restaurants, shops, and excitement of Commercial Street. We enjoyed speaking to the other interesting guests at breakfast, and got to visit the Plymouth Monument and Museum for free with Greg and Yi's pass! Would definitely stay again.

Bill was super helpful under challenging circumstances. He confirmed the reservation really quickly, which was needed. And when i needed extra assistance, it was provided without hesitation. It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

Although we only stayed for one night, it was my first time renting a room in a shared building. It was exactly what we were looking for in an amazing location. We didnt hear the other guests at all and the shared spaces were really great. The house has great character, the room had a great balcony looking out over the water and listening to the waves at night was really peaceful. Really glad we booked here.

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

Yi and Greg were wonderful, consummate hosts. Their place is in the center of town, but is still quiet and peaceful. They both had great recommendations, which helped make my first time in PTown so memorable.

David was friendly, google maps navigated us to the wrong place at first, we ran into David through the back door of the house and he helped us find the right spot.Nice clean room with heater inside, we slept comfortably.There were bagels and coffee in the morning, I got up late and only had coffee.The house is nice and quiet around and has a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Thank you for hosting us for the second year in a row. The location is unbeatable and we again felt comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Irene and Roger were extremly responsive and considerate even if our arriving was past midnight. We were impressed by their attention to detail, and the morning breakfast they served. They also provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attactions.

This is my 20th summer traveling to the Vineyard. And I must admit, my stay at Kathleen's place has been the BEST!!!!!!!! Her place is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the hot spots in Oak Bluffs. To top it off, I looked forward to the homemade scrumptious breakfast that Kathleen prepared each morning. Moreover, the accommodation comes with premium housekeeping services. Thus, Kathleen is the consummate host- staying at her place will make your Vineyard experience even more memorable.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

I loved my stay at The Captain's House. It's cute and charming like a classic B&B should be. It's central location means it is right in the heart of Provincetown - but set back away from Commercial Street meant that I never heard the hoards of people walking along the strip nor did I hear any nightclubs or bars. Mauricio is a wonderful host. Accommodating and softly spoken, attentive and clear in his communications. As a solo traveller in PTown to join friends for a long weekend, this was perfect for me. I highly recommend Peter and Mauricio's AirBnB.

The views alone give this place 10/10! The amazing breakfast and friendly hosts just added to a great stay! Beachfront/waterfront, chairs and towels included! Highly recommend renting a car from this location however, if you’re trying to explore any. Would absolutely stay again!

Great price for a nice room right in the center of the action on Commercial Street. The room was comfy, the shared bathroom was clean and was right down the hall, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Just like the name says, great place to crash for a couple of nights. It was super cozy and quiet. It is a shared bathroom/shower and did have very limited space. However for it’s price it wasn’t bad at all!

The best of Airbnb, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, in a beautiful idyllic home on Cape Cod. Nelly was pleasant, available, responsive, and made all elements of the stay very easy and comfortable. She expressed genuine interest in helping me enjoy my time on Cape Cod, and we had a lovely conversation over a delicious breakfast. Exactly the experience I seek on Airbnb, highly recommended.

Greg and Jackie were great hosts! The room was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunrise was spectacular! Breakfast was great and we enjoyed talking with them.
