PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Bringing in ready made foods is fine.

This is a wonderful spacious charming first floor room with a king bed, non-working fireplace, ceiling medallion and private bath steps away. You may wake early from the delicious aroma of something baking for your breakfast. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Welcome to my slice of heaven.....perhaps pun intended as your glorious view overlooks the beautiful Provincetown cemetery. My fully equipped 3 story home is in the back of a small condo , an 'upside down' with a large open floor plan on the top floor. Enter at the top of the stairs into either the hallway or glorious sun room. Two decks , a hot tub, and a large lawn surrounded by gardens offer private and quiet outdoor space. Please NO SMOKING cigarettes anywhere on property

Howards End - Room 2-3 (Private Bath & Terrace)

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Small, rustic cottage on the beach for one or two couples. Back door opens onto a long driveway to a sand road, front door opens onto a stairs to the beach. It's like a movie or book come to life. If you love The Notebook or The Outermost House you'll likely fall in love with the place. Renters return season after season, so usually we don't have to advertise it, but COVID upset this rhythm along with everything else.
