I bought the place as an investment property. After extensive renovations I fell in love with it and named it "ALBA" which means Italian sunrise. I was inspired by Stevie Nicks' song "Italian Summer". It is located at Beach Point, an east side neighborhood of homes and cottages. There are views of the ocean and Ptown, with ready access to the semi private beach. The sunrises are phenomenal, sunsets awesome and refreshing sea breezes. I invite you to share my utopia. This is a shared space.

Lovely Farmhouse 2 private rooms & artisanal food

Filled with art and feng shui, our beautifully appointed home is tucked amidst vegetable gardens and flower patches. Outside you'll enjoy nature walks and beaches. Afterwards, you'll retire to a cozy bedroom, private bathroom, and leisure room with skylights, TV, and sofa to relax in. For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. If you like basking on a deck or chilling on a porch, then this is where you'll want to call home.

Peaceful by the Sea with breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Bringing in ready made foods is fine.

Peaceful Plymouth Area 1st Floor Retreat

Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. Joining Airbnb in May 2016 changed and enriched our lives by the many travelers we have hosted and friends we have made. We look forward to being your host soon. We believe that the breakfast we include with the room rate adds substantial value.

Captain R11 - Small Single, Twin bed & Shared bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 11 is a Very SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Standard Queen - John Randall House(Shared Bath)

In the center of Provincetown with on site parking, just one block off lively Commercial Street, The John Randall House delivers a tranquil boutique experience in the heart of the most unique village on Cape Cod. A bed and breakfast that is also part art gallery, this Victorian-style inn features contemporary works by local and national artists alongside stylish furnishings. The Inn also features two outdoor spaces for rest and relaxation.

The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.

Howards End - Room 1-1 (Private Bath & Entrance)

Small room (first floor) with medium firm queen bed, small private bathroom and private entrance. Our rooms are for guests who travel to Provincetown with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies.
