Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Angelo was a formidable, kind and welcoming host. He and his wife made us feel at home, giving us tips on what to visit in the area and making us taste their oil. Clean, spacious and tastefully furnished apartment, immersed in the Umbrian countryside overlooking the beautiful village of Lugnano in Teverina. Strategic point between Lazio and Umbria for those who want to visit areas such as Tuscia or reach Orvieto in the day. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely time in Christiana’s apartment. The location is great and the host super friendly.

Apartment as described, private parking space inside an electric gate, double bathroom, comfortable bed, we stayed for just over a week and had a good time. The most positive note, however, is the host, Giuseppe was very quick to respond, also super helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful renovated apartment in the historic center of a very quaint and typical Italian walled town. All the amenities you will need to make a short or long term stay comfortable. The terrace was wonderful to soak in the surrounding panorama and enjoy a coffee, meal, or afternoon drink. Everything was clean and very nicely appointed. Great bars and restaurants within a very short (2-3 minute) walking distance that offer authentic local cuisine and also cater for gluten and lactose free dietary restrictions . Easy 1 hr 45 min drive from Fiumicino and a great access point to visit the surrounding towns and regions. Anders was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and guidance before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Andres’ place and look forward to returning!

At Giovanna's b&b we found hospitality, cleanliness, I was very impressed by the pans separated one by one with paper towels, an almost rare precision... the house is very fresh, there is tranquility and a few steps from CellEno. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

We stayed for almost a month and we were very happy there. The location is in the atmospheric historical centre and the windows of the property overlook a beautiful garden. You can enjoy Viterbo on foot and in five minutes you are outside the city walls to reach your car. The area is very safe and there is a community feeling. In the house, everything worked properly, the place looked and felt new, and it is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathroom is spacious and the hairdryer is a proper one (unlike some hotel hair dryers), the little laundry room and toilet are a plus. The mattress was in very good condition and topped with a mattress protector. Additional pillows were available. The wardrobe is spacious, the small TV in the bedroom is a plus and the desk and chair make for a useful workstation. The host Alessia was great and found time to connect with us. Above all, everything was clean and spotless. A superb stay in Viterbo!
