We spent 2 nights in Bolsena, which we didn't know. We had a really good time, surprised by the town, with well-kept streets, full of flowers and small shops with crafts. We met people who were kind and helpful in providing information. Satisfied with the visit to the Monaldeschi castle, with a museum and small aquarium. The Basilica of Santa Cristina is also interesting. We dined very well in several restaurants. Casa Francesco is in a strategic position, you can reach the various interesting points of Bolsena on foot. The apartment is very nice, with modern and functional furniture. The garden is well maintained, with lots of flowers. Hosts are kind and helpful.

Beautiful, spacious apartment right in the beautiful place Castell‘azzara. Great views of the valley.

Beautiful AirBnB! The apartment was beyond our expectations. We loved the tall ceilings, tall doors, marble floors, and large kitchen. We are already talking about when we can come back! The location is perfect - right next door to a grocery store and restaurants and cafes. We walked to get a coffee and pastry from Dolceamaro almost every morning. Highly recommend Orvieto and this AirBnB!

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.

Fiorella was very kind in welcoming us and telling us the history of her home. Very clean apartment equipped with every comfort, recommended to visit the sights nearby!

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

We were impressed by this accommodation! I didn't have high expectations, but this accommodation really impressed us! There is everything here - kitchen, dishes, bottles of water, napkins, appliances for heating food, in the bathroom there were hygiene products, as well as a bathrobe, plenty of towels, an ironing board with an iron. The accommodation is very cozy, the hosts really try to make you feel comfortable! We also found extra blankets in case we get cold. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful, we felt like we were living in a palace! Just 3 minutes walk from the main street Orvieto and this accommodation left the best impressions! I will recommend it to my friends and really want to come back! Greetings from Ukraine!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

What can I say...we had a great time, accommodation very close to the centre within walking distance. Mioara is available and friendly, I would gladly go back.

Anna's apartment is small but comfortable. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very quiet, surrounded by greenery. Nothing is missing, the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the bathroom and the living room. It's easy to feel at home. We stayed a week with our little dog, who fully enjoyed the fenced yard. Thank you very much for your attention and care in welcoming us.

This was perfect for my family and I, great space, clean and close to great restaurants. Daniele was an excellent host, very responsive. Definitely reccomend and would stay here again!

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great few days at Franco’s place near Lake Bracciano. The host has been very responsive and helpful with clear instructions and communication. There is free street parking right outside the apartment which is very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. The view over the lake is wonderful. This is a great base for exploring the local area! We would recommend! Thank you!

Karl's beautiful country home is surrounded by vineyard's and olive trees with serene views in every direction. Peaceful and tucked away from the bustle of town, yet close enough to local Baschi and Orvieto and many other treasures to explore, Karl's home is located ideally. It is the perfect home to settle into and simply relax while enjoying the property, or to use as a home-base in your exploration of Umbria. The home itself was masterfully crafted and very spacious. Every window looks out upon beautiful views, and all the comforts needed can be found. Karl himself is extremely responsive and understanding! We look forward to staying with Karl again!

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

the house is immersed in the greenery of Vallalta in the most natural silence spacious house, clean with fireplace, great for 4 people garden and outdoor space used at its best with BBQ and pool Benedetta, the host of the home, knows how to do her best we had a great time i recommend the location for a relaxing and wellness stay surrounded by greenery

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.
