Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Boutique B&B Residenza Farnese is located in the historical center of the town of Farnese. The B&B is located in a building from the 16th century and was completely restored in 2011. Residenza Farnese is unique not only because of its location but also because of the combination of old and modern details. When you enter the B&B, there is a staircase and you will come to the reception that opens to a lovely balcony, where you can have breakfast, heated by the sun.

B&B Il Vecchio Ulivo - Pendolino room

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone. It is a typical tuff farmhouse, dating back to the sixteenth century, whose stones were extracted from the hill that surrounds and protects it. Completely renovated in 2009, it has three rooms for guest use, nicely furnished with private bathroom.

The Tower

B&B housed in an apartment dating back to the early 19th century, located near the Historic Center and National Museum. Adjacent to the medieval walls and close to the tower of Matilde di Canossa. My place is good for couples and business travelers, for a getaway from the city chaos or for a weekend at the beach. The B&B consists of two small but cozy rooms. You will find a common kitchenette used only for breakfast. Here is the smallest of the two.

Palazzo Morelli Mansion

In the heart of Tuscia is the "Palazzo Morelli" Residence located in the historic center of Civita Castellana, in the town's central square. The Palace, dating back to 1700, evokes with its architecture and frescoes the history of our family and the Italian art of the time. At the entrance an ancient marble staircase will take you to the residence dedicated to you on the top floor. Reservations must be at least 2 days away.
