First of all, for anyone looking for a review to see whether this place is worth it, it definately is. The host was very helpful and kind, and responses extremely quick. location was good as well, quite near to the train station, dont worry its completely safe and quiet. the room has well functioning air conditioning, washing machine and a fancy shower area. Cleanliness was spot on, even had some crackers, espresso capsules, and jam for us to consume. We had some urgent issues in the morning but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Do not worry about the host not responding as they are very responsible. Missing out if you are not staying over at this location. wifi works fine, spacious and a Solid 10/10 and nothing to complain would definately stay here again in the future

Our stay went very well, we had all the information requested, Mila is more than a superhost, she is the best! There was really everything in the accommodation, it's super nice. It was clean, tidy, well thought out. Well done!!!! Maybe I'll come back next time if it's available.

The place is cozy and unique, with a great living area. The terrace is wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the lake. Fabio is a friendly person and always available for any information. I mean, they were great days.

Super nice place to stay! It's all new! Unfortunately, the pictures of the apartment were inaccurate. And there is a shared hot tub for the entire house. The kitchen is still missing some amenities (kitchen knife,...). Would book again ☆☆☆☆☆

The stay at the apartment was very pleasant! The house was clean and super well-stocked, plus Katia, always very kind and helpful, made us find everything we needed for breakfast, a gesture we really liked and appreciated.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. A bit far to walk from Stresa to the house, but a short taxi ride did the trick. The local restaurant at walking distance was well worth the visit. Our host Marcello invited us for a Limoncello and a coffee at his bar which was very pleasant. Lovely stay!

I had a lovely month at Roberta's apartment. It is strategically located: I was able to discover Lake Maggiore but also the lakes of Mergozzo, Orta, Varese ( track around), Comabbio(tower), Monate, Locarno, Como. There are various historic villas not far away and others, more famous, a little further away. The two gardens of the apartment (east and west) are very pleasant: their greenery is very relaxing. The park in which the apartment is located serves as a buffer zone between the city where there is incessant traffic and you. It's worth going around to admire the huge trees. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis. The two parking spots side by side avoid maneuvering. Roberta is available and always ready to help. She even found me a great dog sitter. There is a loop( 3 km) to do on foot from the apartment(2/3 in the woods). Pretty spiaggia Guree Monvalle 7 mins away

It was beautiful and super clean! The kitchen was excellently equipped and the bathroom was also very modern. The communication in advance with Enrica was helpful and friendly, we were given the most accurate instructions with pictures for the arrival and the way from the parking lot to the accommodation. Yes, it is really exhausting to run up the many stairs with a lot of luggage, but we knew that beforehand and the accommodation is absolutely worth it! It should be noted that this is an old but renovated house: the door frames are very low and I (1.77m) always had to duck my head. In addition, you are in the middle of nature and of course there is sometimes a beetle, which you can kindly ask to leave. But that's all part of it :) Our dog could run around freely in the fenced garden and it was a great starting point for hikes. The serpentines are quite challenging if you are not used to it, but you will be rewarded with a wonderful view. :)

The setting and the view are great. The only downside is the noise from the nearby road. Fortunately, the traffic calms down at night. Apart from that, the location is ideally located for visiting. Great restaurant in Baveno.

The small apartment has an excellent location in Baveno. In one minute you can walk to the lake/harbour and have the choice between many restaurants, ice cream parlours and breakfast places. There is also a small supermarket directly opposite, where you can find the most important things for cooking. The parking lot right outside the door and the small private courtyard is super quiet and private. Simply perfect. We also used the washing machine and were able to feel at home in this small apartment. Baveno is very well located in Stresa and you can take great excursions in any direction. For us, the stay here was very nice and suited our needs exactly.

Lovely, authentic house in central Baveno. The three balconies are lovely, especially the rooftop terrace with the lake view. It is a ten minute walk from the lake and old town, 5 minutes to the trian station ad 15 minutes to a small supermarket. The communication with Emanuelle is great, the check in was super easy and he was there with anything that we needed from him.

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

1000% recommended. The apartment is spacious, clean and super cozy. Nice beds and comfortable bathroom. The estate is breathtaking, we have even seen fireflies! Nearby, there is plenty to do! Restaurant Particolare Travedone is highly recommended, less than a 5-minute walk and delicious food and cocktails for a very reasonable price! Also Altrelago is a beautiful place for breakfast, lunch or apperetivo (5min walk). Furthermore, there is also a 10 - 20 minute drive to do! This apartment is also highly recommended for anyone who wants to go on vacation with their dog. The apartment has a fenced private backyard and the rest of the estate is beautiful for walking with your dog. The many trees provide plenty of shade on hot days. Thank you Louisa for taking care of this fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back!

We have had a wonderful week at Marta's apartment. The apartment was as described, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The garden area is secure and peaceful. Stresa is a pleasant 15 minute walk. There are restaurants to suit all budgets. Marta and her family made us very welcome. Value for money, we can highly recommend. The apartment is quietly and beautifully located. Rafaaela is a very welcoming and helpful person and an outstanding and accommodating host. Since we didn't have a car, she even organized two more bikes for us. The apartment is tiptop. You can just cook in a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is new, modern and very clean. However, you really need a car or other wheeled pedestal, if you want to do something in the area. Thanks, Raffaela, for the great holiday experience!

This was our second visit to Carolina’s place. The location and the view of the lake is second to none.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and from the dining room and balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake. The garage is large enough for a car and two bicycles. The public beach is within walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!
