Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

This place in located in less than 1 hour from Rho Fiera Milano in a very quiet and picturesque place with wonderful air. Apartment was perfectly clean and really nice and well equipped with a nice terrace with a forest view. With comfortable beds, pillows and a nice sleeping experience in general There are no restaurants in a walking distance around.

This place is an oasis of peace and the most beautiful nature around you. Waking up early in the morning to all kinds of birds and then getting ready for a brisk walk through the valley or somewhere in the mountains. Once again, what a nice place!!

Great cozy house in a very quiet location. The house is well suited for couples due to the size and equipment. But our daughter (almost 4 years) also loved it. We were all very comfortable. It is very original, I liked that. Infants should either not walk yet or be able to walk stairs very well. It was very clean and everything necessary such as tea towels or dishwasher detergent was available. There's no unnecessary decor. Marco is very nice, answers quickly and overall everything was uncomplicated.

I loved it at Corte Di Brenta. It is an old style Lombardy Court house, part of a classic Corte Lombarda, northern Italy. In particular I loved the two main bedrooms, each with their own mosaic terrace, where You can sit peacefully sipping a good drink or enjoying some local good food. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains from the back terrace. Great shower cubicle in the upstairs bathroom, with a rain shower and jacuzzi. All is there for your confort and an easy life, and a good holiday. Lovely garden too. Just make Yourself at home. Plenty of fun on offer too in that beautiful area of lakes and mountains. Great eateries and patisseries too, just ask Andrea or the locals. Two places from Me: Circolo Di Arolo, and Pasticceria Marabelli on the Varese Lake. For a great night of food and JAZZ head for Il Sorpasso, Laveno Mombello, on Lake Maggiore. Must book in advance. Life is Good @Corte Di Brenta.

We cannot even express how beautiful this stay turned out for us. It‘s an abosulte gorgeous place, very idyllic and the scenery breathtaking. We enjoyed every second in and around the accomodation and would love to come back one day! A place of calm, peaceful and private energy, where all the noise from the hustle in everyday life is reduces to birds chirping. Pieter and his wife are two beautiful souls, super layed back, welcoming and kind. We loved the time we got to spend together too, so we want to express our gratitude for this unique and incredible experience staying in Vararo!

Beautiful accommodation, tastefully decorated and equipped. Giulia is very attentive both in her indications to welcome you, and in the preparation of the accommodation, advice on site. A magnificent garden with a real view of the lake. Great place! Giulia is a real super host!!

The apartment was so much larger than I expected, and the view of the lake from the balcony was amazing. I would sit out there and listen to the water hitting the shore. Everything was so nice and comfortable, and they provided us with Prosecco and a bottle of red wine. The apartment is centrally located and they assisted us with parking, the ferries, and general area knowledge. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, and just about anything you need. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

We spent five wonderful days on the 2nd floor of Villa Smith. The rooms are large, the beds are cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is spotless, plus soothing sounds from the small stream next door, the garden is a dream (swings, ping pong and boccia in the middle of an enchanted idyll). Having breakfast on the large terrace while looking out over Lake Maggiore or the mountains was simply wonderful. In addition, Claudio was available for questions within a very short time, gave us great tips for the stay and was a great host. We would love to move into the villa - since that is not possible, we will at least be happy to come back for a holiday.

Our stay in this apartment in the heart of Orta San Giulio was exceptional. The natural setting is beautiful. The apartment, spacious and well-equipped, offers all the comforts you need. We found Loris accommodation very comfortable is what you want to go exploring very close to shops, the garden area was really pleasant to sit in after a long day out , to be quiet honest we have nothing but praise about the place

We enjoyed the bright and well furnished apartment very much. From the terraces you have a beautiful view of the lake and the opposite shore.

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Very spacious, sparkling clean house with very comfortable beds. Located halfway up the Mottarone - surrounded by nature with a view of Lake Orta. Armeno is the nearest town with some nice little shops for buying Italian delicacies. Giacomo is the jewel of Casa Mottarone - he is helpful and super fast when needed.

Wow! One of the best places we have experienced. Angela and her family were extremely warm and greeted us like family - an extraordinary welcome. They were at the property when we arrived in case we had any trouble finding the villa and to show us around the beautiful grounds. Angela welcomed us with a homemade tart, a lengthy list of wonderful food, drinks and even olive oil… plus a sweet hand-written note - details that mean a lot to a family of weary travelers! The villa itself is charming: very clean, very tastefully decorated, uncluttered. The grounds are extensive and well kept The views of the lake, surrounding hills and distant Alps are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the villa. The nearby village of Arona has great shopping, restaurants and views. Visitors are mainly locals, so the experience was very authentic. Would definitely return!
