Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of clean linens. For those who prefer to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Pleasant outdoor space, with table and chairs for eating, a lounger, and other chairs. There's a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby. The magnificent beaches of Chia can only be reached by car in a few minutes. Selly was always very helpful and very kind, satisfying our requests. We had a great time!

We had a pleasant stay in Sardinia in a quiet accommodation under the umbrella pine trees, 200 meters walk away. We were able to meet Rosanna who is suitable for our arrival and departure times.

We had a great time at this place. It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We could park in front of the property. Perfect for visiting the surrounding area, we recommend it.

Coffee, chips, juices and water already provided at the reception Kitchen even equipped with spices, pasta, vinegar, oil, etc., plenty of dishes and utensils very clean, beautiful view to the sea, quiet location great and easy communication with Taty, always available and always with tips and recommendations to help absolute recommendation!!!

The place is located right above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The area is quiet and clean. There are sun beds, beach umbrella and mosquitoes nets.

A really nice place to stay and in early May quiet. Within easy walking distance to a lovely beach with great sunset views.

My partner and I spent a wonderful week in this clean apartment, equipped with everything and very comfortable, a stone's throw from the center of Villasimius, the owners were really nice to us and also advised us where to eat in the evening, and extra tips also on beaches! After a week we reluctantly left this fantastic place, but with the positive thought that we will definitely return! A special thanks for making us have a wonderful vacation! See you soon ❤️

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation. Provisions were present upon arrival. And very responsive owner, I would recommend it without problem.

We spent the week of August in Silvia's apartment, we had a great time; the house is exactly as in the photos. The apartment is clean and complete with everything you need (there are also two lounge chairs and an umbrella), it is located in a quiet area near supermarkets and a 5 min walk from downtown. Silvia is a friendly, helpful and very responsive host in answering any questions.

We were there at the end of the low season, the stay was great . Paolo was really very helpful and accommodating , a private city tour to know the most important things was on top . We will definitely go back there and can 100% recommend it. Thumbs up 👍 Thanks Paolo !!!🙏

Great stay, Fabrizio and Adrianna are very nice and very responsive. As for the accommodation, no complaints, excellent cleanliness, excellent bedding. There is everything you need for the stay, washing machine, dryer, very nice terrace. Regarding the location, for us it was very good for visiting all of Southern Sardinia Honestly, everything is perfect. Thank you again 🙏🏼

Great quiet location. Amazing views. You have everything you need. Very narrow stairs and aisles up to the apartment. Car is a must and I wonder what will it be like in the summer because the AC does not exist. Super good host but we never got a cake that everyone else writes about😉😎! Anyway! Very affordable!

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We were very well received with wine and small snacks in this beautiful AirBnB. It felt right at home and everything was super clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything the chef's heart desires. The outside area was perfect for the kites. Federica was available at any time and helped with all questions! The stay with Elodie and Luca was all around successful. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The place matched the descriptions. A dartboard and a ping pong table are available and complete the great outdoor area, with a wonderful view. We would like to emphasize the folder created by Elodie and Luca with great tips (restaurants, beaches, etc.). Here you could orient yourself very well. If we had any questions, both were very easy to reach and pointed out the upcoming winds and a corresponding choice of beach. Torre delle Stelle is characterized by two super beautiful bays, insanely nice people and shopping/restaurants. In addition, the village is quite central, so you can quickly reach, for example, Cagliari, Villasimius or Pula. Thanks Elodie and Luca for this great vacation!

It was a marvellous place to stay. Great view. Super close to the nice wild beach. Happy to have been there in September. Everything was super calm. People around very helpful and friendly. Sylvia from Rent Sardinia was very kind and always looked for prompt solutions. Would definitely go back for a next stay.

Well equipped house, and very clean upon arrival. Federica is very responsive, we were able to add an extra night last minute due to a vehicle issue. We had a very nice stay in Massimilianos house. The communication was very good and easy. We can only highly recommend it.

Raffaela is attentive to these hosts. The accommodation is quite well placed with opportunities to walk from the accommodation. The beach in front is eaten by sea. Nice pizzeria less than 100 m away. Very nice beaches to discover in the area.

We stayed in Donatella's house from August 29 to September 4 and it was 6 fantastic days. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. We found every comfort in the accommodation, from the washing machine to the hairdryer with a diffuser. Donatella is very attentive to the smallest detail, on arrival she also made us find beer and water in the fridge. I 100% recommend Donatella's place. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very good and very well equipped. Very modern with dishwasher. The bathroom is great and the bed is super comfy. Plenty of storage for clothes. Plus private parking space. We extremely enjoyed the coffee pods and tea bags for the start of our stay. We would highly recommend.
