Loft holiday rentals in Province of South Sardinia

We could have not had a more pleasurable experience staying here. My son a came for a short 4 day break and this quirky property which was perfect. From booking us transfers to and from the airport and putting us in touch with some great tours around the city and beyond - they could not have done more. The communication and help was excellent. It made our trip so easy. The property is seconds walk from incredible views over the city. You are up high, so be aware to walk around into the centre, there are stairs - lots of stairs - but you'd be wanting to walk around anyway to see this amazing city. We felt safe and secure in our little bolthole. It was quiet but within seconds you can be sipping cocktails, looking out over the city in a restaurant. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable apartment directly in the historic area. It is extremely clean and very well furnished. Even though it is in a busy area with a lot of action, the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. There is a very nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy breakfast or sit down for a drink. You can easily walk everywhere and there is plentiful of great restaurants.

Frederico was incredibly helpful from making sure we landed on time to meeting us to help us with our luggage. After showing us the best local breakfast around, he was kind enough to give my husband a ride back to the airport to pick up our rental car. From making sure our WiFi was working correctly for us to making sure the kitchen was stocked with basics, he did everything possible to make our stay seamless. The apartment was spotless and in an exciting and lively area full of restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk to museums and the seashore. I rate Frederico and his apartment five stars. He answered every question we had and also helped us understand the parking app which was a bit complicated! Great stay!!

We had a great stay! We loved the quiet, central location and modern furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean, the comfortable bed, the perfect bathroom and the pleasantly cool apartment despite heat were highlights. A plus was the possibility to park our scooter safely in the garage. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, beer and water were waiting in the fridge – a nice touch! There were restaurant recommendations in the form of cards. The small outdoor area provided a nice seating area. The kitchen was well equipped (gas stove, microwave, tea, coffee) but missing oven, rasp, cereal bowl and large pot. A small downside: the bedroom could not be completely darkened, and the CO detector occasionally squeaked at night – disturbing but detachable. Overall a clean, lovingly furnished place with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

A great place to relax! It was nice to be right in the down town, the shopping was easy and the food around was great!

Consuelo was a brilliant host. The apartment has a lovely view of the city and, being walking distance from lots of places to eat and drink, is in a perfect location. It is also located close to accessible transport links which means traveling to the beach is quick and easy.

All you need to feel comfortable. I was lucky enough to find parking in the blue zone parking behind the building. Maybe because it was low season. You need coins as the app for parking do not work for this spot, also the machine card reader does not work. If you are a light sleeper be aware that you hear everything from outside as windows are not with double glass.

Our family had a great time staying in Ketty's loft! The apartment was very cozy and colourful and we had everything we needed during our stay including a toy in the front for our 3 year old son and a booster chair for him during mealtimes. Thank you Ketty!

We spent our honeymoon at Francesca's place and we had a wonderful time here. This apartment is amazing! It has a great location, it looks beautiful, we had our own rooftop terrace and the parking lot is just 5 minutes away by foot. Everything was superb: the Villanova district became one of our favorite places in the world! Great restaurants, bars and shops are within a walking distance. You will be in the middle of the historical center, but in late September and early October our neighborhood was very relaxed without any traffic. Francesca gave us many recommendations, which were very useful: we became regular visitor of Bar Florio! Thank you for everything, dear Francesca, and we wish, we can come back really soon to this beautiful place!
