Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Sondrio

Adriano ist ein aufmerksamer, zuvorkommender und sehr lieber Gastgeber. Er hat sich jedem Wunsch sofort angenommen, war rücksichtsvoll und diskret und hat uns ein Gefühl von “Zuhause” vermittelt. Ein wirklich herzlicher Mensch! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Postkarten, ein Souvenir-Kugelschreiber und ein tolles Buch mit den Highlights vom Comer See lagen für uns liebevoll bereit. Kleine Extrawünsche hat Adriano sofort erfüllt. Es war wie Urlaub bei Freunden. Schon alleine deswegen würde ich wieder kommen! Der Blick war unglaublich und traumhaft schön. Lediglich die Strasse war morgens etwas laut, wenn man wg.der Temperaturen das Fernster offen lassen will. Das hat mich zu Beginn sehr gestört, jedoch ist das aufgrund der vollkommenen tollen Unterkunft schnell in den Hintergrund geraten. Danke Adriano ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😃

The stay was incredible, definitely check out the wellness cave, it was a great experience. The view from the front door is to die for as well. I highly recommend this place!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Blick über den See! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Dank des Kamins war es trotz wechselhaftem Wetter sehr gemütlich. Mauro ist ein toller Gastgeber, gut erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für Haus und Umgebung. Bei Ankunft begrüßte er uns direkt am Parkplatz und half uns, das Gepäck zu Haus zu tragen. Man muss zwar ein paar Minuten zwischen Haus, Parkplatz, Supermarkt, Seeufer, etc. laufen, was uns aber viel Spaß gemacht hat, da die Landschaft und die Aussicht so schön sind. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Airbnb direkt am Fluss und nicht weit vom Wandergebiet Val Masino entfernt. Man hört sogar das Flussrauschen! Sehr schön und tolles Preis leistungsverhältnis :)

This place was fantastic! Not only is there a beautiful and open kitchen and a cozy bedroom and bathroom. The location in Bellano is stellar. Just a minute outside of the bustle of town. Every time we visited another town, would couldn’t wait to get back to Bellano which felt like a home. Thanks to this stay.

Die Unterkunft von Dario ist einzigartig und sehr schön aber etwas eng für 5-6 Personen und sehr hellhörig aber trotzdem sehr kuschelig und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage ist super, aber ohne Auto kommst du nicht einfach an andere Orte und bist weniger flexibel, aber die Aussicht ist atemberaubend.

Es war alles super, wir haben uns trotz etwas Regen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in der Wohnung mit Sauna & Dampfpad genießen.

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Michaela war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch schon etwas für das Frühstück gerichtet so das wir nicht gleich einkaufen mussten. Auch mit den Kindern war sie super freundlich. Einzig die schönen Türen aus Glas scheppern beim öffnen, da hätten wir uns mehr Stopper gewünscht und in der Küche wären mehr Gewürze (Pfeffer, Paprika, italienische Kräuter) wünschenswert.

Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien. Ruhige Gegend und ein toller Garten mit Pool. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Unkompliziertes check in und check out! Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Francos house was perfect for 11 people! It’s very big, there are enough rooms and beds for everyone (more than on the pictures he attached on here, so no worries, everyone will have a bed!). The location is unbeatable, you just cross the street and are already at Lake Como. The house had enough space for our five cars and was all in all very clean. Communication with Franco could have been a bit faster. But after switching to Whats App the communication went very well. Franco is a nice host!

The villa is modern and clean. You have to walk about 15 minutes to the beach I stead of the 4 minutes that are stated in the description. You can enjoy an amazing view from the villa or the whirlpool. There is a path (about 100m) from the two parking spots to the villa with some steps. The kitchen has all the necessities. You can reach a small store by foot in a couple minutes.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in Robertos Haus. Das Haus bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten insbesondere für die Kinder. Aber auch die Erwachsenen kommen nicht zu kurz. Unser Highlight neben Pool und Wellnessbereich war der Holzofen mit dem sich ein toller Pizzabend mit der gesamten Familie realisieren ließ.

This villa was very special. I highly recommend staying here. It’s even better than the pictures, which almost never happens. It was so peaceful here. The outdoor area was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub every day. Everything was super clean and we all had plenty of room and privacy since it’s 2 separate living areas. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is absolutely delicious. Seriously, book a vacay here! You’ll love it!

Abbiamo passato uno splendido weekend lungo per festeggiare i 30 anni del mio fidanzato, insieme ad altri 12 amici. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi, la cucina professionale permette di sbizzarrirsi e l’area wellness è veramente un bel plus. Essendo la casa in una zona molto isolata, una volta fatta una bella spesa, non sentirete il bisogno di fare qualsiasi attività al di fuori dello Chalet Cormignano. Grazie Martino!

Die Baita dell’Est ist weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein Ort voller Ruhe, Magie und liebevoller Details. Die Hütte ist traumhaft gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit dem Whirlpool und dem Ausblick ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir kamen zum 5-jährigen Jubiläum – und haben weit mehr bekommen als nur eine schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben Erinnerungen gesammelt, die bleiben. Was diesen Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat, war Nicola. Seine Herzlichkeit, seine Verlässlichkeit und seine Tipps haben alles perfekt ergänzt. Man merkt sofort: Hier steckt echtes Herz drin. Besonders empfehlen können wir ein Frühstück in der Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna – himmlisch! Auch die Umgebung lädt zum Erkunden ein – Natur, kleine Gassen, gutes Essen. Deze accomodatie is geweldig. Je kan hier echt tot rust komen en genieten van het geweldige uitzicht en van de sauna/hottub. Uiteraard geen overdreven luxe in deze accommodatie maar dat heeft wel z’n charme. Silvia was een geweldige host. Ze reageerde snel en we hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van haar tips. Naast dat ze heerlijke honing voor ons regelde van een lokale imker kregen we ook nog een paar heerlijke pizza’s 👍. Deze accommodatie en host zijn zeker aan te raden.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Bella baita in area tranquilla, dotata di tutto quello che serve, ristrutturata di recente anche in ottica di efficienza energetica. Curata e accogliente, tutta di legno dentro. Le camere al piano di sotto rendono la vita facile se avete bimbi. Peccato solo che andare agli impianti a piedi sia un po' troppo lunga, ma son 3 minuti in macchina. Consigliata!

Abbiamo soggiornato con piacere per qualche giorno nell’alloggio di Elena. Posizione ottima, si esce di casa con gli sci! Perfetta per gli amanti della montagna. Per raggiungere la casa abbiamo utilizzato il contatto di Elena, il Sig Abele ci ha accompagnato fino in casa con mezzo adatto alle condizioni della strada che è chiusa al transito. La Baita è in ottimo stato, nonostante isolata ha tutti i comfort. La seggiovia è a pochi passi con un leggero dislivello ma fattibile. Serata splendide con stellate incredibili in un silenzio quasi surreale per chi non è abituato. Penso proprio ci torneremo.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das schöne war: Unsere Hunde waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer waren vom Platz gerade ausreichend, aber der Garten ist riesengross und der eigene Swimming Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die grosse Outdoor-Küche ist perfekt zum Grillieren, Kochen und Beisammensein. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen und überlegen uns jetzt schon, wann wir wieder hinfahren werden :)

We had an amazing stay at Chalet Sozzine! Our group of 7 adults plus a 1-year-old baby arrived to a dreamlike setting, surrounded by fresh snow. From the start, check-in was quick and smooth, and the host was welcoming, answering every question we had. The chalet itself was perfect, warm, and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook for a large group. The location was excellent for skiing: while you can't ski in or out directly, it's just a short 3-5 minute walk to the slopes, which was manageable and well worth it. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be the lack of enough places to hang coats, especially near the entrance. But that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended.
