Fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and warm—exactly what we were looking for. Everything was well-maintained, and it felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment had everything you needed. Domaso was also very easy to reach on foot despite the somewhat remote location of the apartment. On the terrace you could sit wonderfully and enjoy the peace. The garden invited you to relax and read. If you had any questions, you could always contact the hosts, who responded immediately. All around very pleasant! We'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Paolo's apartment; it's a very charming place & nicely decorated with personal stuff which -in my view- makes a stay so much nicer. We went to Bormio for a week of ski with our 3 kids, and the apartment is situated at a 5min drive from the gondola's and ' downtown' Bormio / shops / restaurants etc. The view from the house is magnificent & the large garden bathes in the sun from AM to PM. We absolutely enjoyed it & definitely recommend this place!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this elegant apartment near Lake Como. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccably clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared—including a lovely selection of welcome drinks like water, wine, and even lollipops, adding a special touch. The apartment itself exudes warmth and coziness, offering a comfortable retreat with a breathtaking hilltop view. The double bed and sofa bed were incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The personal underground garage parking was a fantastic convenience, making arrivals and departures effortless. The location is unbeatable—just a short five-minute drive to Lake Como, allowing easy access to the stunning scenery and charming nearby towns. On top of that, the property boasts a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the beauty of the surroundings. This apartment truly combines elegance, comfort, and convenience, making it a perfect choice for a stay in the Lake Como area.

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

Yvonne welcomed us and showed us into the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The view from the bedroom and the terrace to the lake was beautiful. We also received good tips for excursions. Information material was also available in the accommodation.

The stay at Lino and Franca, in addition to being a nice vacation for our family, was an opportunity to meet two beautiful, generous, hospitable people. The house was perfect with outdoor spaces, such as the wood-fired oven and barbecue, very well cared for and available. Lino's availability to make us feel comfortable, total. Dear friends, you read this review: everyone has their own tastes in terms of travel and vacations, but I can recommend Lino and Franca's house with my eyes closed.

Several co-owners of the property. If there are any problems, Andrea will take care of responding to requests. She is a very pleasant, proactive and accommodating person. Accommodation located at a height offering a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Everything was functional or quickly became so. A little cleaning would have been an undeniable plus. The house is in the middle of nature with great views of the lake. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Perfect for many walks in beautiful nature or as a starting point for exploring the beautiful villages of the surrounding area. Always happy to come back.

A beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with stunning views and a friendly host, in an exquisite part of lake Como.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

Firstly, the house. The house is exactly as described in the posting. The living room and kitchen are spacious and the bedrooms are really good size. Secondly, location. For us with three children under 6 it was great to be able to walk to a pizza place, bakery, restaurant and beach. There is also a boat rental in the town too which is really good value for money and great day out. Finally, and just importantly, the host. Francesco's son Alessandro messaged in advance to tell us how to access the property and gave us an amazing welcome booklet with so much useful info. He then met us on arrival to walk us around the property. His family live in the building and it has a family feel. Our children were made to feel so welcome by the whole family. Alessandro kept contact with us during the week and checkout was easy. Easiest way to sum it up, on the drive to the airport we were talking about when we're going back, not if! 100% recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Lake Como.

From the moment we booked to the moment we finished our holiday Angela and Rodolfo were the warmest and kindest hosts. From offering to pick us up from the station and then drop us off at the end of the week, to the thoughtful gifts to welcome us to their beautiful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed for a weeks break and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and made even more stunning by the gorgeous weather we were blessed with all week. We decided not to hire a car choosing instead to walk into Bellano each day and used the boats to ferry us across to a few of the other towns around Lake Como. This was a great way to see and experience Bellano and surrounding area but it was quite hilly though so a car, moped or bike would be recommended if you aren’t up for a 30 minute walk each way and a little bit of hill/stair climbing. Perfect Hosts ! Perfect Accommodation and Views! Perfect Holiday !
