Villa holiday rentals in Province of Prato

This place was very comfortable for 3 couples, we felt right at home, had plenty of room. Beautiful house and area. Close to grocery stores and getting to Florence, a great place to stay. The bottle of wine was a nice touch

The house was exceptionally clean and located in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. I highly recommend staying here if it’s available, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

The home was located about 1/2 mile from several quaint small towns. Many great restaurants and tours through the beautiful hills and wine country. Very relaxing for family, friends or just to see you unwind by yourself. I highly recommend this location. Take advantage of tours arranged by Nicollo'and his family. We had a ball! Thank you.

Wonderful stay at this villa! Very good communication ahead and during the stay. The villa is next to Luisa’s family house, who are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house is exactly as described, if not better in person. Luisa is very responsive and accommodating of all requests. We had an amazing stay, thank you so much!

The location was very convenient to Firenze, but provided a wonderful countryside break from the cities we visited. It was wonderful to wake up in the middle of an olive orchard to birdsong. The beds were comfy and the towels large and thick. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults to spread out in the space. The train was an easy 5 minute walk with trains every 20 minutes to Firenze. We did call a cab to get us to the train with our luggage (and they came on time).

A beautiful villa with a stunning view. An ideal place to stay with our family, we had a truly wonderful stay. The villa is beautifully cared for with lots of well maintained features that give it an Abu dance of rustic charm. And a pool with a view…. Perfect! Our host was especially helpful with booking transport when our Italian failed us, above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay- thank you

war ne wunderbare Woche. viel schöner als beschrieben. Man hat sich gefühlt wie auf ner Hochzeit von nem italienischen prinzen. das einzige was man sagen könnte, ist das in der Anzeige nicht genau beschrieben ist, dass man sich den Pool teilt. Trotzdem waren wir zu 9 immer fast alleine ohne andere Mieter

A beautiful place to stay close to Signa which has plenty of shops and 2 train stations.. it takes only 20 minutes to get in to the heart of Florence. The apartment is next to the main villa and is huge! The place was clean with comfy beds and a big dining table. Just a few more pots, pans & cooking utensils would have been great as we enjoy cooking together & quite a few of the restaurants in Signa were closed for the holidays. Lots of outdoor space and a lovely 5 minute stroll through the olive groves to the pool. Had a great stay.. thanks Massimo and Margaux 😊

Mooi, proper huisje met zwembad voor de deur. Wel 10 euro per dag bijbetalen voor de airco, en die werkte ook heel goed. Authenthiek en charmant, en toch heel proper en alle voorzieningen beschikbaar. Zelfs 2 badkamers , een wasmachine , vaatwas en bijhorende zepen waren voorhanden. Ook afwasmiddel, sponsje en 2 vaathanddoeken waren voorzien. En ook heel handig waren de extra badlakens voor aan het zwembad! De accomodatie ligt op 1 km van de stations van Signa en Lastra a Signa. Uitstappen zijn makkelijk per trein te doen. Hoewel wij wel het handig vonden een huurauto te hebben om boodschappen te doen, andere uitstappen waar de trein niet komt, en om op restaurant te gaan, omdat de centra en restaurants van Signa en Lastra wat verspreid liggen. Op zich 1 van de mooiste en best in orde accomodatie van waar ik ooit geweest ben!
