Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Potenza

Lovely place with wonderful views, fabulous food and great host. Highly recommended. The area is superb - friendly people, stunning scenery, whilst not feeling overly touristy. Would definitely stay at Jos' place again when next in the area.

The place is great and as described. The view is spectacular and you have everything you need in the house and for us as a small family it was perfect. But you have to remember that it is an old house and not everything is super modern like in a hotel. For us, that was not a problem and we felt very comfortable. When we sent messages to the host, we always received a reply within a very short time and a solution was immediately found for a minor problem that occurred. We would like to thank Luca for his hospitality and support and if it turns out one day that we make another stop in southern Italy or go on holiday, we will choose this accommodation again!

I had booked this house with a group of 7 people in order to visit family in a nearby village. With 7 people, we wanted something with at least 2 bathrooms and enough space to not be on top of each other. In addition, I always look for a place we can 'gather' after a long day and relax, the roof deck of this place is absolutely beautiful and thew views are stunning. The pictures 100% represent what the property is. Clean, updated/modern with just about every amenity you would need. Irsina is a quiet town, it seems many Americans and other nationalities are buying properties within the old village and fixing them up. At night, there are a few restaurants walking distance right outside the ancient town 'doors'. We did not eat in them as we spent most days and meals with cousins nearby. Our host, Christa, communicated with us in advance in order to coordinate our arrival time. One tip is to NOT follow your GPS to the exact address and meet at the Cathedral

Ezio and his family were very helpful hosts. And the house is perfect for those looking for a peaceful vacation and want to relax near the sea or in the mountains. Also for four-legged friends there is a beautiful garden.

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Our tour of Southern Italy included a two-day stop in Maratea. Already on the first evening, it was concluded that two days are not enough to get to know and experience this region. About the home: In our Airbnb experience, this is the first home where we felt at home and especially welcome when we entered and met the host Luisa!!! The house corresponds to the offer and needs, has everything necessary for relaxation and even more, added value - a garden whose fruits we were treated to, a terrace from which we enjoyed wonderful views of the mountains and the statue of Jesus Christ. Landlady Luisa - responsive, warm, helpful! She was always available and gave recommendations for getting to know the area. Sincere thanks to Luisa and her dad for organizing the excursion to Monte San Biagio and for the overnight trip to the beach! Special thanks for the delicious pizza and chestnuts baked by Luisa!

There were two of us traveling with a baby and we felt extraordinarily comfortable. Maria was super friendly and helpful. The village is really wonderfully located and in spring summer certainly perfect for numerous day hikes or by car to the sea. Bar, Marcellaria, Pizzeria, Alimentari all available. In the sunshine you have a wonderful view up to the coast and sometimes to Lipari. The municipality of Tortorella is generally super hospitable and if you want you can even have homemade food brought into the accommodation. We had really nice and cozy days despite winter. Maria was always available for questions, tips, etc. You can tell that you care about the place itself.

Carmela's place is a perfect wedding favor in the historic center of Brienza right at the foot of its castle. The large terrace allows a delicious and cool relaxation in the morning and in the evening it enjoys a spectacular starry time. Quiet area outside the street go but extremely close to all the amenities you need. The surroundings are full of places to visit both cultural and naturalistic. I recommend everyone a romantic break in this charming historic residence also for the warm and punctual welcome of the hosts! From them you will receive all the information of that you need, very attentive for the entire stay of our stay!

Pasquale was super flexible with times, additional blankets and responded quickly to requests. Pasquale is easy to reach by phone. The room is nicely furnished with water, cookies and a coffee machine is available downstairs with a fridge.

5 stars is not enough for Caterina as a host, she is the kindest host on the planet. She met us at the gas station in pouring rain, and low cloud, and showed us the apartment nearby. She provided warm coats (!) and a heater as it was particularly cold. There was home baked cake and cupboards full of food, unbelievable for the price. The apartment occupies the lower 2 floors of a 5 storey house. Caterina lives above and is available if any help is needed. The apartment has its own entrance and parking. The photos and description are accurate. The entrance hall is huge, and the dining, living and kitchen areas are large. The bedroom too is large with a double bed and 2 single beds. By contrast, the bathroom is small but it has all that you need (shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet). There are interesting artworks and photos throughout the apartment Laurino is a small, quiet place, and not very touristy - exactly what we like. The Cilento National Park has much to offer. Organizing a last-minute vacation and finding yourself in a paradise. We chose the house captured in the photos and as rarely happens, reality has exceeded expectations. The house is in the hilly area and the first thing that strikes when entering through the gate is the beautiful view of Marina di Camerota,melancholy at sunset when the voices of people who linger on the beach. The apartment is as pictured, equipped with all comforts and really very clean;the outdoor space with table,deck chairs and umbrella is very well cared for. The location is very convenient because it is far from the chaos,but at the same time in a few minutes you can reach the village and the nearest beach. The stay will also remain unforgettable and above all for the welcome of Rosalia and Franco, two extraordinary people, very kind, present but at the same time very discreet. Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without so much as a second thought. Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

Upon our arrival, we found Elena, Vincenzo's mother, who was very kind to wait for our arrival later than the scheduled check-in time. The house is equipped with all the services described, so you feel as if you were at home. Cleanliness and order are the masters. The location of the accommodation is strategic between the various points of interest of the town and five minutes from the nearest beaches. What can I say, five stars deserved!

This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!

A very pleasant place for a long-term stay. The host was very nice and responded to my messages immediately. Whenever a problem arose, it was immediately removed. I highly recommend :)
