Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Potenza

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

We had great time in this beautiful house in lovely historical part of Irsina. The house and the views were much more than we expected. Loved the roof terrace and amazing views towards both green hills and roofs and silhuette of the historical town. Walter and his co-host were super friendly and helpful both beforehand and during the holiday. Warm recommendations for this beautifully renovated house.

Very comfortable house, well-stocked and really clean. Friendly and helpful owner. The place is easy to find. Calciano doesn't offer much (apart from beautiful landscapes), but it's a good place to explore the area. In any case, we had a great time.

Luigi was very helpful and met our every need. The bedrooms are very nice and clean, the bathrooms are beautiful and in great condition for those like me who are fixed with cleanliness. The house is well cared for in every small detail as you can see from the staircase to the upper floor. The house is cool even on very hot days and in the evening the temperature is magnificent. The outdoor space is beautiful, very large and well cared for. For those who have a dog like me, it is the ideal garden, being well fenced. We took advantage of the outdoor shower, relaxing and with all the privacy you need. I could not find a better home and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take a relaxing holiday but also with the possibility of reaching several places to visit for days at sea or excursions. I'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Perfection! Francesco and Alice have created a holiday paradise where you can only feel comfortable. The garden with a traumatic view is unique – especially at mild dusk with atmospheric fairy lights on the trees. The two are super sweet, pleasantly communicative and very supportive if you want. Conversations in English are not a problem. A freshly baked cake, grapes, peaches and snacks were waiting in apartment. Everything clean, authentic Italian village and very comfortable. We were very lucky to have cats and dog as well as kittens as neighbors. We really didn't want to leave, a real oasis to relax and ground. The surroundings are especially worthwhile for hiking enthusiasts: breathtaking nature and challenging routes to mountain peaks.

Our tour of Southern Italy included a two-day stop in Maratea. Already on the first evening, it was concluded that two days are not enough to get to know and experience this region. About the home: In our Airbnb experience, this is the first home where we felt at home and especially welcome when we entered and met the host Luisa!!! The house corresponds to the offer and needs, has everything necessary for relaxation and even more, added value - a garden whose fruits we were treated to, a terrace from which we enjoyed wonderful views of the mountains and the statue of Jesus Christ. Landlady Luisa - responsive, warm, helpful! She was always available and gave recommendations for getting to know the area. Sincere thanks to Luisa and her dad for organizing the excursion to Monte San Biagio and for the overnight trip to the beach! Special thanks for the delicious pizza and chestnuts baked by Luisa!

Two days of absolute relaxation with the family We spent two days surrounded by greenery and the beauty of this villa with a breathtaking sea view, corners of the house to fully enjoy every relaxation. Casa Pistacchio is a beautiful space with carefully considered design details. Angela was kind enough to upgrade us and we really appreciated how communicative Angela was for the check in as we were delayed due to a ferry. She allowed self check in and messaged throughout to ensure we arrived safely. It was a beautiful place to stay with two gorgeous, friendly dogs too! Would absolutely recommend and return! Elena, Vincenzo‘s mum, welcomed us. She was very caring. We had some problems finding the apartment, but she was online all the time to navigate us. The apartment is lovely, very spacious and with a huge patio. From the apartment it’s a nice walk (approx. 30 min) up to the hictoric center of Maratea with nice restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend the place. Thank you, Elena, we had a great time!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location, with the main street — including supermarkets, shops, and more — just around the corner. This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!
