I found myself in the village where Maria Gerarda's house is by chance: I was looking for a stop to split a trip into two parts. The geography took me to this scenic town on the Bay of Policastro, surrounded by lush woods. The tranquility allows you to "disconnect" from the holiday world of Sapri, not yet 400 meters lower. There is a lot of history here and miraculous events have happened, as evidenced by a Marian sanctuary, a pilgrimage destination. The house is beautiful and large, with its well-kept flower garden, all new and with the last finds of home automation as in the best hotels. You don't need to repeat what others have already said about the qualities of the people who run this property, I can only confirm them in full. I was sorry to have to leave... among other things, if you go there in September, you could take part in a very special rite of devotion that I don't anticipate anything, so you can find out in person.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vincenzo's place. Not only is the house clean and well appointed, but Vincenzo is the warmest host we have had the privilege of meeting on our trip thus far. All the essentials (sheets, towels, soap, etc.) are provided for both the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen that allow you to stay without further purchases. Ideal for those who want to combine both mountain and sea vacations. I recommend it.

Giuseppina is a kind and extremely helpful host. The place is exactly as described, cozy and clean, you can feel the love and care with which Giuseppina and her son take care of it. Feels like home. The area is quiet, ideal for unplugging and relaxing. Recommended!

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

We stayed at Massimo's in four adults at an event in the area. The house is tastefully renovated, super clean and stocked with everything you need, with spacious and comfortable environments. The area (in autumn) is quiet and we had a great night's sleep. Conveniently located for both the beautiful Gulf of Policastro and the back mountains. The local gastronomic offer is interesting. Massimo is a thoughtful guest: if we go back to the area we will gladly stop at him again.

We spent three days in the beautiful setting of Castelmezzano and it was a beautiful experience. We will be back. The accommodation is spacious (there were two of us) and very clean, very warm, equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and carefree stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance (literally) of the main street and commercial activities. We felt right at home. The host was very kind, he guided us from our arrival providing us with valuable and punctual directions on parking, check-in, and accommodation. Recommended experience, especially during the holiday season!

Corrado's place is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. Corrado and his mother were gracious and responsive and met me at the door when i arrived. The room has a good air conditioner that cooks the room quickly, and a nice balcony, convenient for hanging laundry. Because of the central location, it does get a bit noisy, especially when the delivery cars come in the early morning, but i already knew this when i booked the room.
