"Al Ginkgo" is an oasis of peace and tranquility, in an equally relaxing setting. Very spacious apartment with a bathroom for each of the 3 large bedrooms, a very large living room and super-equipped kitchen. Equipped with a large open space where you can enjoy a beautiful view. The location is great for access to all the activities in the area. Francesco and his family were exceptional for their friendliness, availability, hospitality, sympathy and ability to illustrate the Alpago area. We will definitely be back.

The studio apartment is equipped with everything. The space is very comfortable for one person, even for two I think you can stay comfortably. Convenient parking and access. I stayed for 13 days for work. Highly recommended. I hope to come back.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Irca’s comfortable house. There was plenty of room to spread out - our kids loved having the big room on the third floor to themselves. The house is newly renovated and everything is in great condition. Communication was easy from start to finish. Irca and her husband were there to greet us and kindly left us a delicious box of pastries and a fridge full of drinks. All in all a great base for exploring the Veneto region.

Eligio is an impeccable host. Always kind and helpful, he gave us a lot of advice on what to do and where to eat. the house is perfect: we were in 7 plus a small dachshund and we were comfortable in the large spaces. everything clean and ornamented, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. experience to repeat!

Located between the sea and mountains, there are possibilities. Whether hiking, to the sea or by bike through the vineyards there is also cultural places to visit.

We spent a wonderful week at Andrea's place, who welcomed us warmly and in a great mood. The cottage is lovingly furnished, you have everything you need. The large garden offered many opportunities to relax. The whole thing was crowned with an amazing view and great starry evenings. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Andrea is the place to be!

They were an exceptional host, very available both for check-in and to prepare the second bed late at night. I wouldn't choose anything else, coming back here

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was secluded but near people, has a lovely flowing river across the road; lots of villages and forests and spectacular mountains nearby. Villa Cecone is worth visiting as are the caves. Bed is comfortable. We also loved Gelindo’s family restaurant about 25 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff and very good food and wine. We enjoyed our stay and Gelindo’s prompt response to our questions.

Old-fashioned likeable - was our style. We enjoyed the goats and the pool during a short visit. Only some dust was on the floor and there were worms in the cereal. They were immediately disposed of and all other cereals were also looked through. I didn't expect breakfast myself and looked forward to the worms. Since this is a no-go for my partner, we will probably not come anymore. Thanks anyway.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Great stay in flat less than an hour from Venice. Good communication with agency and many amenities in the flat. Can certainly recommend as a family rental.

It felt like home. We had a great time, nothing is missing in the house there is much more than what you expect... the cleanliness is impeccable and the hosts are really kind and available for everything. The location is quiet and central enough to get around and visit really beautiful surroundings. The only downside is the agency. If you need, contact the hosts directly and not the Novasol agency that does not respond to messages.

Magical week in Pradileva, surrounded by mountains and rivers at crystal clear and pure water. A place of peace and rest, Martina was fantastic, always ready to facilitate and help, to tell her passion for her valley. Downstairs sunsets are a 5-minute walk with great quality clubs. We stayed at this property for the second time, the host is incredibly nice and helpful and was able to resolve all our concerns within the shortest possible time. If we are in the area, this place is our first port of call.

We loved our stay here and really appreciated how helpful Mateo was. We enjoyed sitting outside under the verandah during the day where it was cool. The apartment is very spacious. There are a few flights of stairs inside, but they were easy to manage. Although the property is in a very tranquil location, the soundproofing between the apartments isn’t great for some reason, so if there are loud neighbours, you can hear them. The bathrooms were very spacious and had great shower pressure. We really appreciated the excellent air conditioner in the bedroom. This was a great base to explore this beautiful region and we even did a day trip into Austria, which was fun. It was also quite fun to meet the other people staying. It felt a bit like a small boutique hotel as opposed to a typical air bnb, but it worked well for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and rate the biscuits very highly in the local bakery, which is in a walking distance.

Nearly 20 days stay of my wife's relatives. Four people, so use the structure to the fullest of its potential. Everything is positive. I especially report the excellent climate comfort of the apartment and the ease of parking. Great communication with the manager too.

This place was the perfect base for my husband, son and I to stay while we watched the volleyball games in the Cornacchia Cup in Pordenone. We also took a day trip to Venice which was really easy on the train with the station only a 10 minute walk away.

We discovered Lorenzo's house three years ago and for us every time it's like coming home. The space is really generous, with two big guys for us it's a fundamental aspect. For the first time we came in the spring and everything worked perfectly. The house was warm, cozy, and perfectly tidy as ever. We also enjoyed the garden, which is special in spring. It's an old house, kept with care. Every time we return we notice small and large changes that Lorenzo makes to the apartment to further improve the comfort, and make the stay even more pleasant. I really appreciate the small gestures that make a difference after the long trip, like the water available and the coffee to put on a mocha just arrived. The house is super clean and Lorenzo has an eye for details. Your kindness in communication, availability, and flexibility to find solutions when needed are truly special. Thanks!!
