Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

Beautiful apartment in a panoramic position overlooking the beautiful hills of Oltrepò. Elisabetta is very kind and helpful, attentive to her guests' needs and never intrusive. Recommended!!

Absolutely beautiful house and garden. The smell of the jasmine was intoxicating and beautiful.Angiola and her husband were beautiful hosts welcoming us with homemade cakes and treats. The house is extremely clean and well equipped and exploding with character...a place we will never forget.

We had a great 2 week stay at Cristina's place. The place is SUPER quiet, no neighbors around and a magnificent view of the hills. Cristina lives next door but is very discreet while still being available. The pool is perfect and the accommodation as a whole is functional. We just didn't pay attention to the fact that there is no dishwasher...:-) There is a convenient laundry room with washing machine. The bedding is of very good quality and comfortable. All windows are equipped with screens and the covered terrace is ultra convenient and friendly. We highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone/family eager to be quiet and enjoy nature. One advantage also is that the area has almost no tourists despite the many beautiful villages and towns to visit! And the village with all the shops is only 10-15 minutes by car... The stay close to Salsomaggiore Terme was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The owners, who live on site, were friendly, helpful and attentive. A lot of space, nature and quietness to unwind from everyday life. I would really recommend going there if you're looking for a little gem in the countryside of Italy. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy house located between Stradella and Broni, immersed in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The property is impeccable, clean and offers every comfort you need. During Easter, we took advantage of the outdoor barbecue and delighted ourselves with the wine from the local wineries, making our days truly memorable. The house is spread over several levels and consists of numerous rooms; there were eight of us and we enjoyed the four double bedrooms, a large living room and a convivial dining area complete with fireplace. Fabio and his team were extremely helpful and ready to meet our every need. We'll be back :-)

You will be very kind and hospitable, upon arrival she welcomed us with a tray of cookies for the welcome. Very helpful in providing directions to find the place. Super quiet and quiet area. Great value for money.

Pleasant surprise, the house offers ample space and is well heated. The warm and welcoming environment and the thoughtful furniture made the atmosphere special. We stayed in three families and the game room allowed us to have fun with our teenage children, helpful and friendly guests. Nothing was really missing in this house! The landscape is really relaxing and with a short walk you can easily reach the characteristic villages. Recommended

Nice, clean, old house situated in a very, very small village in the mountains with nice people. Be prepared for a curvy road before reaching the house. It was well equipped with kitchenutensils, towels etc. Bring your own soap, spices, oil etc. Buy everything in Bettola before you go up the hills. Easy check in. Host Luca is quick in his answers and gave good information.

Very spacious and cozy house! The area is fantastic, very quiet and secluded, ideal for relaxing away from the chaos of the city! Self check-in allows us to manage on your own, very comfortable, super helpful and kind Sabrina. We will be back for another relaxing break

Villa surrounded by greenery with garden and barbecue! The house is large and clean, comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The host was very kind and always available, I recommend coming here for those looking for some relaxation! :)

We were two couples and found Esther's apartment ideal to get to know Bobbio and ride the Passo Penice by road bike. Due to rainy weather, we didn't often have the opportunity to use the great terrace. Paul speaks German and Esther English. Thank you for everything
