Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Pescara

The pictures don’t serve this apartment justice - the space is AMAZING. Fantastic location, and all the amenities you could need. The flat has a huge terrace/balcony which opens up completely, but also can be enclosed (and is air conditioned/heated!). The kitchen is located here, and I loved my open-air cooking experience. There is also a separate balcony off the bedroom. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 from the beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafe’s. It was the ideal spot for bringing our one year old - a high chair and cot were provided, as well as sheets and a baby blanket. Alessandro was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The accommodation is functional, simple and enjoys all the comforts. Breakfast on the terrace is priceless! Communication with the host was friendly and accurate. We were also provided useful guidance in a proactive way, which we really appreciated. I recommend it!

Guido and his wife are very concerned about the well-being of their tenant. Impeccable and pleasant accommodation for a short or longer stay.

Excellent accommodation, really spacious, generous sizes everywhere, giant shower and terrace always ventilated, area full of places to eat roasts and a supermarket a stone's throw away to get basic necessities, highly recommended for those who really want to relax a bit in life!

What a magical place! Quaint little town in the Italian countryside with breathtaking views everywhere. Can’t wait to return to the area and this gem in the mountains!

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Great location in center of town, very spacious with updated kitchen and bathrooms.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

We stayed at Silvia and Alessio's house for a week, we had a great time, the house is equipped with everything you need for a great stay, it is in a quiet and discreet area a few minutes by car from all amenities, Silvia and Alessio are very kind and thoughtful, highly recommended if we have a chance we will definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

My family and I stayed for the World Skate Games. The venue was right across the street. For having someone with limited mobility his place was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. On top of that brother was very helpful welcoming us in.

Filipo was fantastic from start to finish. He met us at our gate, showed us around, made recommendations and provided a generally enjoyable experience. We stayed at Filippo's apartment for 3 weeks and he checked on us regularly. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Pescara City Center. The beach is close. The shops are close. The food is close. Bars. Nightlight. Everything is only a few minutes walk. Trains are maybe 7 min. It was perfect. Would stay again next trip to Pescara.

My family and I stayed in Marian's apartment for 3 weeks for a nice beach vacation in Silvi. The apartment perfectly matches the description of the listing: the kitchen is well-stocked and the balcony is very livable and useful. Marian was very helpful and provided us with various useful information. As expected in July at the sea, the house is warm but there is a penguin and a fan. The furniture, cot, high chair, and children's games are very much appreciated! We were very happy and recommend it
