Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Pescara

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Soggiorno fantastico per staccare la spina e rilassarsi, la casetta è dotata di tutto il necessario, host super gentile e flessibile.

Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Tutte le mattine aprendo le finestre ci godevamo la stupenda vista sul monte Morrone (e prima di partire ci siamo saliti in cima! Un'emoziobe indimenticabile!) La casa è fornitissima, non ci é mancato veramente nulla! Si trova in posizione molto comoda, a 2 minuti di macchina da Caramanico, cosi abbiamo potuto fare diverse visite guidate a Majambiente. Anche altri posti da visitare si trovano vicino, e c'è veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta!!! Angelo e Marta sono molto simpatici e disponibili! Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Lorenzo host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto e illustrato alcuni luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. L'alloggio è molto pulito, posizione super tranquilla e nessun vicino. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni insieme al nostro cane che poteva tranquillamente stare in giardino (privato e chiuso) e visitato tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Gli unici aspetti "negativi" dell'alloggio sono stati la mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere da letto, il che significa che d'estate, lasciando le finestre aperte (si stava benissimo!) qualche insetto è entrato, e la lontananza dal centro abitato: se la sera si vuole fare un giro in paese la strada per arrivarci è in salita e piuttosto lunga. Quest'ultimo aspetto a noi non ha pesato perché la sera, dopo lunghe camminate, siamo sempre andati a letto dopo cena. Non abbiamo usufruito del barbecue. In sintesi: esperienza più che positiva e super consigliata a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax per visitare l'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione.

Our stay was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Manola made us feel incredibly welcome—her warm hospitality was evident in every detail. She even surprised us with freshly baked brownies, a sweet touch that instantly made us feel at home. The place was immaculate, well-equipped, and couldn't have been better situated, just steps away from the beach. Manola was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, yet she gave us plenty of space to relax. If you're looking for a place with both a fantastic beachside location, and a great hostess, then we highly recommend this spot.

Veronika ist eine tolle Gastgeberin & sehr charmant & hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle sie weiter wenn jemand in Pescara 1 bis 2 Tage übernachten möchte oder für die Durchreise nach Apulien.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Very nice place. It exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly. Everything was clean. Very comfortable and equipped. Easy parking for travellers. We only stayed for two night but the place is worth staying for longer. We especially enjoyed views on the mountains.
