E’ una casa indipendente, divisa in due piani: un piano terra con ampio soggiorno, cucina e bagno e uno interrato con tre camere da letto e un altro bagno. La casa è dotata di un impianto di aria condizionata in ogni camera. Ci sono due verande, una con un comodo tavolo per pranzare e l’altra con un salotto per godere della vista sul mare. Il giardino è recintato ed è riservato per l’uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
