Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Novara

A very good place, quite spacious and well value for money. Well equipped with all amenities. Great cleanliness. Lovely garden area, great during summers to hide in the shade from the heat. The host was proactive, explained the directions and check in procedure clearly. Also, he is very responsive - answering all queries promptly. The check-in is flexible and self-checkin type. However, the host offered to come and meet if necessary. I would definitely recommend it.

Jo was really helpful. The check in/out was easy. Instructions and recommendations were given to enhance our stay. We did feel the house could do with a little updating inside (furnishing) although kitchen modern and big enough for the everyone to use. Pool wasn’t heated however pool area was amazing, lots of sun-beds for everyone.

We were very happy with our stay at the villa. Chiara stood and greeted us and welcomed us. She went through the house with us and made us feel at home. Next, she sent the local bus schedule, the closest place to shop and she helped us with a taxi. Generally just a really nice experience in a very charming villa.

We stayed only one night, Ambra was super friendly and helpful, the area gave us a moment of relaxation and nearby we found a simple path to do in the evening in the woods with the dog...

Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

Cozy, clean and comfortable house. Very private and a nice place to relax. The decoration and furniture are very well done making the space feel right at home and not as standard as in many other vacation homes. Pool is wonderfully clean and big enough for a complete family. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity, you still have to spend 20-50 minutes in the car for fun activities around the surrounding mountain lakes.

Dream holiday!! Host available and kind. The location is perfect for spending time in full relaxation in contact with nature and beautiful trails that start directly from the house. Comfortable house and equipped with all comforts. A nice swim in the pool after a hike is the icing on the cake

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

We had a lovely stay in Mara’s beautiful home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was so lovely to have a little private garden and also be so close to the pool. We would love to come back one day soon!

The apartment was perfect for us and we loved the private rooftop terrace! Pool was nice and warm for our 1 year old to swim in it. Thank you Francesca for a great stay!

The appartement was really clean and everything you needed was there. It's a quiet living area and we reichen wonderful sights and spots from there. Only bad thing always in Italy are the mosquitos - they love me!

Mateo and his wife were always available, very warm welcome. Very clean and spacious rental with a plus a private parking space. Very close to Malpensa airport, in a friendly village, with lots of shops in the city centre, there is plenty to do even on foot. We had a great stay at Mateo's, I would gladly recommend it. We won't hesitate to come back again.

Luisa and her husband are very kind and helpful. The stay was perfect and they are extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was perfect and the place was secure for leaving our bikes and our dog in the garden during the day. I would recommend this destination.

Vila Antica Colonia is a truly special place that we can highly recommend. The various apartments are all quite different in style and size and are perfect for a longer stay if you have the time. Sadly for us we were only there for two nights, but when we return, as we must surely do, we’ll try to stay for longer. The location is very peaceful & the views of the Lake from the apartments are stunning. Monica was the perfect host, she assisted in recommending places to visit, along with local restaurants. I’d definitely advise anyone staying here to take advantage of the spa treatments, I had the most heavenly massage. The therapist was extremely intuitive and instantly recognised the areas of stress in my muscles, that she miraculously seemed to relieve. If we’d stayed longer I’d have had a course of treatments, they were so good!
