Directly from the house, without taking the car, you can access the cycle/pedestrian path of about 27 km that surrounds the lake. A few km away you can access swimming areas, while a few meters away there is direct access to the lake to enjoy wonderful sunsets! In the immediate vicinity (within walking distance) you will find a lakefront pizzeria restaurant, mini-market and bar.

The residence Il Bosso del Lago d 'Orta consists of two accommodations, for a maximum of 9 beds. An apartment is equipped with kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor double bedroom with also a sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, with independent access is La Mansarda, with kitchen, double bed in addition to a double sofa bed or alternatively a bunk bed on the lower floor in the anteroom near the bathroom.
