The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Recently renovated apartment directly overlooking Lake Varese with a private beach, in a condominium complex 4 km from the centre of Gavirate. In the immediate vicinity, there is a restaurant, a supermarket and access to the cycle/pedestrian path, which is about 50 metres away. It is an ideal area for those who love nature, sport and tranquillity. The apartment is in a prime location for getting to Milan, Lake Maggiore, Lake Como and Lake Lugano.
