Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Province of Mantua

A hidden gem for individual travelers, far from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with a feeling of authentic Italian life with a very friendly host family. We had the apartment in the former stable , superbly equipped, clean, great large bathroom, a little dark, but we had a terrace facing the garden, which is very lovingly and well maintained. Mention- and extremely worth seeing, of course, the nearby and historic town of Mantua, a small Florence. The city lives not only by tourists, including locals. We were allowed to experience how young and small, young and old meet on Sunday afternoons, wonderfully vibrant.

The apartment is in lovely old building and it is furnished very tastefully with beautiful antiques. Gigi and your charming father allowed us to check in early and then helped us get a taxi the next morning. Great location- 15 minute walk to Palazzo Te, and 15 minute walk to Palazzo Ducale and Centro storico. The apartment is in very quiet residential neighborhood. Terrific air-conditioning even on a very hot day. Wonderful experience all around!

Silvia received us extremely friendly and open-hearted. Communication only with Google Translater possible (Silvia can't speak English). Have had 3 snakes (not dangerous) in the room, seemingly normal in this area. Extremely quiet environment, just perfect for sleeping.

Valeria is a wonderful host. very kind and caring, His b&b surrounded by greenery is clean, tidy, and full of details that show how much care he takes. The breakfast was a surprise, all very good things handmade by Valeria starting with bread, the fruit jams cut from the trees on the ground, the exquisite cakes. In short, really recommended for a relaxing stay or if you want to visit Mantua as we did.

We loved everything, Giulio and Donatella were absolutely adorable, the room was beautiful, comfortable and super clean. the gardens and the pool were stunning both by day and by night. breakfast was out of this world!! so many delicious choices 😍😍😍😍 we felt right at home and will definitely be back again soon!!!!

Thank you for this beautiful extended weekend. Cinzia and her family are just great. Late check-in was not an issue at all. They were all very fond of children (we traveled with our 2.5 year old son) and always up for fun. The place was great, the location with surroundings quiet and simply relaxing. Supermarket just across the street. And especially Cinzia's delicious breakfast. Small, but wow. Every day changing things and with fruits and their products from their own garden. I'll be dreaming of the figs for a long time. Thank you. If we go back in that direction, we'll be sure to come back.

My boyfriend is from the area and we stayed here while I was visiting. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Federica’s bed and breakfast is better than any 5 star hotel! The space is truly beautiful. Everything was very clean and had amazing style that still felt like home. Federica is such a lovely person who made sure we were always comfortable, had everything we needed and was a pleasure to talk with. Her breakfast is out of this world! It is just as beautiful as it is delicious! Everything is homemade and she has a lovely garden outside she uses to make the breakfast as well. She truly is talented! I would recommend absolutely everyone to stay here if they are near the area! Truly grateful for the wonderful experience she provided to us! :)

Alessandra's place is a beatiful house decorated with style and elegance. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. At night you could hear the birds singing. Breakfast is served at the romantic terrace with a nice view to the surrounding fields. Thank you, Alessandra, for being such a nice host!

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The space is well-designed and spacious, with thoughtful attention to both style and comfort. Everything was very clean and properly maintained. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location worked well for us. Perfect stay at Luciano's, the accommodation meets hotel standards with, in addition, the friendly and considerate presence of Luciano who kindly helped us with an adapter for an electrical outlet that we were missing. We'll be back without a doubt!

Nice room in the heart of the town

spacious and cozy home. very large bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath, Shower, lounger to relax. Large variety of breakfast choices and small appliances (toaster bread, kettle and coffee maker). Large TV and clean bed/towels. Private and quiet house, great for a relaxing weekend. We came here for San Valentino and a bottle of wine was offered for the occasion, much appreciated! The friendly and helpful host also recommended various places to visit.

We loved our stay here, Claudia and her husband were so kind! The bnb is even more beautiful than the photos, and we loved all of the animals we got to meet during our stay. Definitely recommend, definitely coming back :)

We stayed two days with my boyfriend at Oriola's property and had a great time. Very clean room, tastefully furnished, very comfortable bed and very useful both the small fridge with water available and the herbal tea with mugs directly in the room for breakfast. In the kitchen for common use, each guest has a drawer with fruit juices, rusks, milk and croissants for breakfast inside. To access the property, Oriola provided us with all the necessary information via message and was very kind and helpful. The location very close to Mantua, with free parking in front of the property, is ideal for those who want to not only take a tour of the city, but also in the surrounding areas.

I haven't slept this well in a long time! This was a wonderful place to stay – peaceful, comfortable, and truly special. The hosts do everything with such passion, and they are absolutely lovely people. Highly recommended!
