Top location, fabulous view, the apartment is located on the seafront, crossing the road you will find yourself on the promenade at the entrance to the beach resorts. When you enter (from the 2nd floor) you will feel like you are on a boat, climb the stairs for modernity and breathtaking views. Attic penthouse on the 3rd floor, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, all new. No elevator. Pocket terrace for eating, sunbathing and aperitifs.
