We were warmly welcomed by Maximiliano and his mother . They had prepared an amazing pasta to welcome our group. Everything was exactly how it looked at photos and even above the expectations. It was one of our great experience at Airbnb. Maximiliano was always very responsive, gave us a lot of local suggestions for restaurants which allow us to have a true and authentic Italian’s food experience. The view of the house was outstanding. the house was very clean and in an excellent location. We will definitely come back , thank you to Maximiliano and his mother for incredible stay .

L'appartement de Marco est très agréable, bien situé à l'entrée de Colico, au calme. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Platzangebot: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der gepflegte Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Ideal für große Familien oder auch zwei Familien, die gemeinsam reisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bel emplacement au lac de Côme. La vue terrasse sur le lac est très apaisante et l'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. La grande piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir et assez grande pour nager. Un grand merci à Debora pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons le logement.

casa ben tenuta e ordinata con tutti i comfort vicino al centro di lecco raggiungibile a piedi tutto molto bene fatto e rilassante. torneremo!!

Die Unterkunft war in einer super Lage um Wassersport zu betreiben. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war sehr einfach und flexibel, so auch der Checkout. Bemerkenswert war außerdem der eigene Parkplatz und der Platz der einem in und an der Unterkunft geboten wurde. Wir kommen wieder!:)

totally recommend staying here. the apartment is as described and definitely earns the name "blue" 😊 the only slightly negative point (not related to the apartment!) is the location itself, there are not many restaurants in walking distance and generally the West Coast is more beautiful. a very big positive point are the electric appliances on the kitchen - it is not a gas stove.

My husband and I really loved our stay in Maria and Pietro's place. They are amazing hosts. They picked us up in the train station which was really nice. Maria showed us where to find good restaurants around town. The location was close to restuarants, grocery stores and ferry. The house was very comfortable and it feels like home. Thank you Maria and Pietro for welcoming us. So nice to meet you both. We hope to come back next time. ☺️

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick. Sehr einfach zu finden, wurden herzlich von Paola und ihrer Tochter empfangen. Das Auto kann sicher in einer Garage geparkt werden von der aus man direkt in die Wohnung kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Such an amazing view. Cute little garden area with sun loungers besides a gorgeous olive tree. Very clean. Responsive host.

I have stayed one month in this apartment. It was generally nice, good location etc. The only thing to complain about is the internet that has been barely working. Owner says that the speed has been measured via Airbnb speed test but it was unusable during my stay. I instead bought a local sim card for data.

Die Unterkunft war auf einem Berg am See gelegen. Man hatte eine schöne Sicht auf den See. Die Beschreibung und die Kommunikation mit Elisabetta hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Unterkunft, die Terasse und der Parkplatz waren genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.

War alles super wie beschrieben und wirklich tolle Lage mit Blick zum See.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything seemed so clear through instructions wherever needed. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful and very thoughtful. We even found a parking disc to borrow. The was a beautiful terrace with the views over Lake Como which we loved so much .Great for having breakfast or watching the sunset. Worthwhile saying that the kitchen and the house are fully equipped. Nothing is missed out. Definitely recommended to other guests.

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. Le logement était parfait, spacieux pour deux et il détenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les instructions données à l’arrivée étaient très claires, ce qui nous a permis de trouver très facilement. L’appartement est idéalement placé pour accéder rapidement en voiture à Côme, Lecco ou Bellagio. Merci à Andrea pour sa réactivité et sa sympathie

Bardzo polecam! Piękna okolica, mieszkanie zgodne z opisem oraz bardzo czyste. Wszystkie udogodnienia zostały zapewnione, właścicielka bardzo responsywna, sympatyczna oraz pomocna. Zakwaterowanie zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny. Czas zameldowania bardzo elastyczny, a widoki zapierają dech z piersiach :)

Marilena und Emilio sind herzliche und bemühte Gastgeber. Wir wären sogar gerne noch länger geblieben. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt finden sich Restaurants und tolle Eisdielen und der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine Liegewiese mit Baumschatten und einem Kinderspielplatz. Die Terrasse in der Wohnung hat eine grandiose Aussicht. Leider ist sie nicht kindersicher, deshalb konnten wir sie nur manchmal nutzen.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

logement parfait. très très propre. très calme. très belle décoration. proche de toutes commodités ( ville, lac, restaurant ,magasin.....) emplacement idéal pour la visite de la région. très bon contact avec Elisa. elle est toujours à nos petit soins. nous y retournons très vite j'espère.

Fantastiskt boende med magnifik utsikt. Boendet är välstädat och mycket fräscht. Uteplatsen var rymlig och poolen perfekt för svalkande bad och även den med en vacker utsikt. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!

House is very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful mountain landscape can be seen from the windows. Indoor air quality and temperature are comfortable. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby the house. Bus stop is just outside the gate. If you are light sleeper, bring earbuds because the neighbours and traffic can be noisy. Claudia answered all our questions and was a great host.

The apartment was great, the house is the last row in the village, very calm and relaxing. You can easily walk to the lake, and what we found great there is a boat that can get you to other places and Bellagio. We wished we could stay longer!
