The apartment was absolutely perfect! Incredible views, easy to find, clean, and there are several businesses within walking distance. Moreno is the best!! He was extremely friendly, helpful, and beyond accommodating. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Absolutely loved our stay here!

The place was amazing and very homely. Everything was neat and clean and it seemed like the place was newly renovated. The house is 20 mins walk from varenna , easily accessible by walking or you can book a taxi as well. Nicole was super sweet and amazing. She welcomed us herself and gave us a tour. She also left us notes on what we can see and how to access taxi, book electric bikes etc. overall the stay was very nice and wholesome. Definitely worth the money ❤️

We were really looking forward to our stay at Stefano’s place, but unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to not feeling well. Stefano’s communication was clear and respectful throughout, and we truly appreciated that. We hope to stay here another time soon.

We really enjoyed the time there! Absolutely recommended!! The quiet house with air conditioning was perfect for the days at the lake! Very nice beach within walking distance. Marino was available for every question in the shortest possible time, we felt in good hands!

We (family with two small children) had a wonderful stay in Andrea's small house. The house itself is very simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a holiday. The location itself is a gift - idyllic, quiet, a few metres from a natural beach; and there is the possibility to reach some restaurants on foot. Communication with Andrea was very prompt and straightforward - everything was described exactly and easy to find. We are already looking forward to another holiday in Andreas Chalet! Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Luisella and her husband were very friendly and helpful getting us settled. They took the time to share recommendations for restaurants and hikes. They also had a map handy and wrote out the places they were recommending. The house was fabulous and in a great location - loved being able to listen to the nearby waterfall when we had our windows open. Also appreciated ability to walk to downtown Varenna. It was only a 20 minute walk and preferred to have a house in a quieter place. Our stay was perfect in every way!

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Maria and Paolo where great hosts when we arrived it was pouring rain they offer to pick us up and bring us to the appartment which was so kind and helped with our luggage they knew we were Irish so left David. A Italian beer and some crackers to try along with maps and sightseeing flyers the views are stunning like something out of a magazine , so much to do and see would deff stay here again

Our stay at Manuele and Giorgia's apartment near Lake Como was absolutely wonderful! While there isn't a lake view directly from the apartment, its location more than makes up for it. We loved being able to walk to the lakefront within minutes, and there are so many fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away. Bellagio was also a super short and easy drive, making day trips incredibly convenient. What truly set this place apart was the incredible thought Manuele and Giorgia have put into every detail. From extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings, they've genuinely anticipated all the little things that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly welcoming base for exploring Lake Como!

Clean apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfty and clean. A short walk to Bellagio (some hills involved FYI in case of mobility issues). Parking was convenient for us too.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

We booked a three night stay and wished we had booked for longer! The apartment was very clean and spacious and was extremely well equipped, lovely clean bedding and towels and a very nice welcome gift too. We appreciated the parking space, the lift to the apartment from the front door of the building and mostly for it's excellent location to the ferry, a good selection of restaurants and to the train station (unfortunately the line was closed during our stay). The famous Orrido de Bellano was also within easy walking distance. We loved our stay in Bellano and would not hesitate to book this apartment again if we ever decide to return to Lake Como.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay. The location is perfect, just across the street from the lake. Elena is a very responsive and helpful host. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Andrea was an amazing host. He was so helpful and generously gave me many recommendations and tips on the area. The home was exactly as described and in the perfect location in Bellagio. The view was absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a better stay or host.

Marianna is a great hostess. Brought us extra towels and blankets. Lovely flat! We just loved how it was decorated and the colorful kitchen. So rare to find an Airbnb that sleeps 6 so comfortably. And the view. WOW!

Absolutely magical stay in Bellano! The view over Lake Como is breathtaking — truly panoramic — and rivals luxury hotels at a fraction of the cost. Bellano is the perfect base: direct train from Milan (we were even picked up at the station by one of Giovanni’s lovely friends — what a luxurious and warm welcome!), ferries to Varenna, Bellagio & Menaggio, but far less crowded. We were so happy to retreat here after sightseeing. The town has several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment itself is full of charm, art, and character. Giovanni is an outstanding host — friendly, helpful, and even cooked us the best lasagna we’ve ever had as part of a delicious homemade 4-course meal. He also shared great tips for boat rentals and local dining. Every terrace and window has an unforgettable view. This place had high ratings and still exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of returning. A true gem — can’t recommend enough!

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Giulia's place had an amazing location, steps from the train with our luggage, a restaurant right next door, grocery store minutes away, and a beautiful short walk to the water with shops and restaurants there. Varenna, while very nice, is very busy, we are so happy we stayed in Mandello del Lario. The apartment itself is in a very secure block, the style is bohemian which we enjoyed as we were seeking to relax. And what sold us and did Not disappoint was the view from the terrace in the morning. Everything else was great, it's a quiet area, the surrounding houses seemed upscale, with families and school kids doing their day to day activities. We would absolutely go back to this airbnb and already regretted not staying for 4 days instead of the 3 we booked. Thanks Giulia , hope to visit Mandello del Lario again soon !
