Excellent experience. Giovanni and his mom are two exquisite people, they welcomed us with extreme kindness and immediately made themselves available. The house is a little gem in the old upper town of Castel di Sangro, a very quiet and well-maintained place. The center of the village is a 5-minute drive, but if you are a walker, nothing prevents you from getting there on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes. Recommended!

Laura was a great host, very helpful and present in welcoming us and taking us to the house, showing us the parking area and in the final greetings. We stayed with four more dogs, we had a great time. Cozy house, heated and equipped with every comfort, structured on two levels with two bathrooms, spacious at the right point. It will be a point of reference and one more reason to return to Castel di Sangro!

An unforgettable stay. The apartment is attention to detail, a special attention to guests. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable, everything is perfect. The owner is a lovely and available person. The parking space is reserved and thanks to the directions provided it is easily accessible from the street. Unexpectedly we found what is most necessary for a hearty breakfast even if only for one night. An immersive experience in nature and greenery. The perfect stay for those looking for tranquility and at the same time want to visit the places and cultural heritage of the area. Our rating is 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

The apartment is located in a quiet village, on the lake, about 40 minutes from the slopes of Montepratello. It was very easy to find it thanks to the directions provided by Anna (even with photos). Free parking is available near the house. The house was cozy, warm (we stayed in winter), clean and knows everything you need for your stay. There were also cards for restaurants in the area (very useful as we had dinner in the village). We'd love to come back to this house.

We had a very nice quiet stay. Perfect location for exploring Maiella National Park and surrounding area.

The apartment is very nice, warm and welcoming. A few minutes walk from downtown, a small supermarket nearby, and facilities that can be reached in a few minutes. We always found the place for the car under the house.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

We stayed with two people for one week in this apartment. The apartment is practical and simply furnished but very clean. From this apartment many day trips made in this beautiful nature reserve. There are also delicious restaurants, bakery, butcher and mini supermarket within walking distance. Good wifi available and the host was very friendly and helpful. For 4 people I find the apartment on the small side but for two people it is fine. Definitely recommended to visit all the surrounding villages.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Highly recommended experience and host!

A gem! In the center of Civitella Alfedena, from which there are several trails to discover the park. Very clean house with everything you need, beautiful garden with barbecue. Lucia and her husband are very kind! We look forward to coming back!

We are a family with 2 year old twins and everyone (including children) we loved our stay in Enrica's apartment. The house is very clean, the area is really quiet and access to the parking lot directly with the elevator has made it easier to get around, especially in case of rain. Enrica and Mrs. Maria Vittoria were really kind, helpful and ready to provide us with support when we needed it. We absolutely recommend Enrica's apartment!!!!

Apartment as described, a little small but well organized. Achille was immediately very helpful and flexible in arrival and departure times. Punctual in welcoming guests and confidential also in recommending useful information for the winter stay. The location is comfortable and quiet and is just 10 minutes from the ski resorts and the nearby towns of Roccaraso and Pescocostanzo. Definitely recommended. Thanks Achille

We spent five nights in this apartment and had a great time. It was clean, well organized and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: very central, but with the possibility of finding parking easily, which is rare in the city! We really appreciated the attention to detail: there was toilet paper, shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, sugar, as well as a wide choice of dishes, glasses, plates and pans. Everything was designed to make us feel at home. +++ for the first aid kit! We highly recommend this apartment!
